There was a bit of seaweed but they cleaned it up at all times of the day so it wasn't an issue at all. This is a very relaxing resort and the locals were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, beach and security were magnificent

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful . Area felt very safe . People were friendly. Grocery shopping was convenient. My only complaint was we stayed 20 days and paid a set price for electricity even though we didn’t use the air conditioner or much electricity. .

First time in DR. Lovely complex. Unit was spacious and comfortable. Drawback was the expectation of personal electronics working continuously. Would have been helpful having a welcome booklet as stated in confirmation when cell or wifi was spotty. Frig was leaking when we arrived and remained entire 7 days with towels on floor. PROBAR on beach and the staff were outstanding as was the security over complex and beach. Beach area was excellent with chairs, cushions and palaps. Unfortunately t water was murky with huge amounts of seaweed. Swimming area two complexes down had crystal clear turquoise water but off limits unless you wore their band.

With 3 older kids with us, it did get expensive eating out, so an all inclusive resort would have been better this time. The management group was wonderful! They helped us to get our Wi-fi working, scheduled taxis to and from the airport (and even waited with us for the driver to get there so he knew exactly where to drop us off at). The covered balcony was wonderful to relax and watch the waves of the ocean. The grounds were very well kept. If you use a rental company, Go punta cana real estate is the company to use!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very good. However, on Saturday Feb 24 the internet stopped working. I called the Go Punta Cana office. The sent someone who could not fix it. They told me they would call the cable company and have someone on Monday or Tuesday. No one came on Monday or Tuesday so I emailed again. No one came on Wednesday or Thursday so I email again. They never came to fix it. My daughter and I both have jobs that require we work remotely while in Punta Cana. It was very difficult to do that without internet.

Thank you for your feedback. We filed reports with vendor several times until it got fixed. Unfortunately, we have no control over third party vendors. All we can do is file a report and follow up with them until it gets done. Also, thank you for booking the unit again for next year.

Great location

Pictures are deceiving. The place is smaller than it looks in pictures. This unit had almost everything we needed. Few things need updating like bed pillows and sheets. Floors also not in great shape and the freezer took 2 days to make ice. Living room area needs a lamp so your not sitting under glaring ceiling lights. We actually unscrewed a few bulbs in ceiling fixtures in main area. Lost electricity on our last day getting ready to go to airport. Nobody would answer phone at front desk or emergency numbers we were given. Finally went to front desk and the girl there couldn't get ahold of anyone either. We came back about an hour later and she had finally got somebody. Electricity was restored. The grounds are very well looked after and the beach area is beautiful. Workers are very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely come back, but not to this unit.

Our stay at K301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is good, you can access many restaurants from Playa Turquesa. We enjoyed a bakery right across from the main gate called Delices Francais, the TOC bar on the beach at Playa Turquesa serves great beach food and frozen drinks and Citrus, a restaurant next to BAM is worth going to. We had the driver stop at the grocery store on the way in from the airport for breakfast and lunch supplies, as the little market on the property, BAM, will not be enough if you plan to make a lot of meals in the condo. There is another market around the corner from BAM as well that has a little more stock. The only negative is not about the unit itself, but the noise you can hear from the bars at night. We brought earplugs and ran the fan at night and that helped and it was March (spring break) so not sure if it is always that noisy. Book your excursions with the people on the beach - they will be happy to help. A man comes by selling fruit during the day on the beach and he has great pineapples, mango, bananas, etc. Everyone very friendly and they will take no for an answer. The condo shows a little wear but very clean. They provided beach towels as well. We bought our five gallon water bottles from BAM market, and they will deliver it to your condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall happy with our stay. We had a couple minor issues management was very quick to fix. Our only two complaints are there are no screens on the windows which let's a lot of bugs in. It also makes you run the air conditioning more to cool the condo off which you pay for at the end with electricity costs. The other is the outdoor patio furniture needs to be updated. The view and breeze is beautiful, but it's difficult to spend much time on the patio with the uncomfortable furniture. A lot of other condos have wonderful outdoor furniture to enjoy your space outside so an update is needed.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a preferred location in Playa Turquesa...great view of the ocean...would have been nice to have cushions on balcony wooden chairs as we sat outside for all meals....screens would have helped to get full enjoyment of the breeze from the ocean even if it would have been on 2-3 windows, when I asked was told it was not advertised with screens...this condo could use a little update but overall we had a GREAT holiday.

Spacious Condo in a Great Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The K301 condo in Playa Turquesa was clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The resort itself is very quiet, but we did have loud music noise every night from a club across the street. Luckily it stopped promptly at 11:30 each night, so it wasn't an all night disruption. There are several good restaurants within a very short walk. We highly recommend Huracan Cafe (just up the beach), Citrus, Wacamole and Dalias (on the street side of the resort). As a final note, despite all of the resent news surrounding tourists in Punta Cana, we felt extremely safe the entire time we were there, and neither of us fell ill in any way during our stay.

Perfect destination!

The property was great! Perfect location. Beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees from this condo. The balcony is perfect for drinking your coffee in the morning and refreshments at the end of the day! Felt very clean and comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen is there. We felt safe and secure the entire time! Great variety of restaurants within walking distance. Although a bit overpriced, it was very convenient having the market at the entrance of the resort. The restaurant on the resort was actually our favorite of all. Well worth the money. Great staff and friendly security guard. I would definitely book this again in the future.

Wonderful Getaway

Accessible to good restaurants, beachfront, mini markets. Car is not necessarry. Apt is furnished with basics, has all you need. Careful with electricity consumption, I paid $107 USD for four nights and only using A/C at night.

The condo was clean, well appointed with any thing you need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. Steps to your choice of pools, thePrivate beach multiple types of restaurants,markets, night clubs. All a safeWalking distance. They even have their own guarded entrance to BamSupermarket which was well stocked for everyday needs.I truly want to give this 5+ stars but this was the only unit noted to NOTHave screens at all. Having travelled from a cold climate, we couldn’t waitTo sleep with the ocean sound and cool evening breeze. We were forcedTo put on the air conditioner during nighttime. Windows were open all day.I did have multiple bite; my husband did not.Also, since we are early to bed people, there was loud, pulsating, musicAnd singing, nightly till 11:30. If you retire after 11:30 or retire earlier and not bothered by noise this would be no problem.We truly would rent this unit again, only IF IT HAD SCREENS. When I askedManagement about lack of screens they quickly responded that since the unitIs privately owned, they could not supply.

Very Nice Condo
