Hi Scott, this review surprises me due to your extended stay while you were there!!! The apartment is regularly cleaned and inspected between each stays; my property is always highly rated due to the cleanliness and how well-maintained it is. My cleaning service always sends me video showing after their work, and no bugs were noted. Very disappointing to see this review and a bit confusing with you adding three days to your stay while at the property.

Hi Barry thanks for you review ; as you can see in the description do not say that we have elevator or air conditioning in the main living area I mean everything is a say the description. There is not mosquitoes inside neither outside the area. In the other hands On the other hand, when you arrived, the apartment had new towels that I had to change because of some stains that you left on them and could not be removed.…. I don’t know what was but nothing could remove it.

Hi Jolene, Thanks for take your time for a review. I get surprised when you mentioned that the lock was not working because do not have any issue. As you know for security reason we change the code in every staying so I sent you the new code though the message the day before your arrival but unfortunately you didn’t see as I mentioned to you by phone as soon you arrive to the property. Hand towels are in each bathroom however in the kitchen we use towel paper for more hygiene. I was in DR by that time and I personally supervise that everything been clean and washed, all bedding clothes, towels were washed as always we do…having everything clean for guest is our mayor. Communication is another important thing that we follow with our guest so I contact you right after you arrival and asked to feel free if you need something so if you had any doubts about the sheets will be clarify in the moment. Sorry that you didn’t contact me for that.

Hi Karla, so sorry that you give a review without staying in my place, knowing the inexpected situation that ocurred. Unfortunally the cleaning company sent me a text that the apartment was ready for the next client… before they text me to informed they used to sent another employer to make sure that is nice and clean ; this time the person in charged to make the inspection got in a accident so someone mentioned that has been check ed ready for new client. I never had this situation and I understand that things can happen in life!! However when you (Karla) get into my apartment and we both find out that was no ready for i offer you to give you OBE NIGHT DISCOUNT until i get another cleaning company to do it after i find out what have ocurred….. i mentioned to you that the lady cleaning will be there in less than 20 minutes, i offered also a free night abd you didnt accept…. Ten minutes after I also offer another apartment next to mind and again you said no. I did my best to make you feel vetter after this accident that was no in my hands and can happen in life. Its sad that you write this review in this platform after the situation that ocurred and after i did all my best to offer solutions and you denied! Best rewards

Was really stressful and worrisome due to the fact that Michael left the apartment the same day and time he was supposed to check out, when the maid arrived to clean the apartment she found Michael belongings inside the apartment. We tried to contact Michael in many occasions thru VRBO , his personal phone number and thru the platform message but he never responded NOT even contact VRBO to let them know was going on. Due to the delicate situation we had to hire an attorney and contacted the Dominican authority so we could document and removed Michael belongings three days after he disappeared; We been really worried about Michael wellbeing and them six days later Michael appeared looking for his belongings!!! We were relieved and happy that Michael was ok after such stressful ordeal.
