The property was originally built in the year 1000 and it has recently undergone a lengthy and carefully conceived restoration. Today, as a result, guests may enjoy the extraordinary views provided from its unique Tuscan hilltop location.

This gorgeous villa, which has been beautifully appointed with the latest modern facilities, provides all the comforts that one might want for a memorable and truly unforgettable vacation in Tuscany.

The property is divided into a main building (Villa) where it is possible to accommodate up to 11 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and a annex (Cottage) in which there are 2 addional double bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room for a maximum occupancy of 17 people.

Both Villa and Cottage have been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design. Both have been equipped with heating, Smart SAT TV, Wi-fi, DVD player and stereo with CD player, car parking with automatic gate and a spacious independet garden.

The main building is composed of two adjoining apartments, connected between them by an interior door.

- Ground Floor: Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with glorious arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley and one bathroom; one spacious double bedrooms, on bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower.

- First Floor: Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, one bathroom; a master bedroom with queen size bed and large double shower en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen size bed), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower.

Guests can enjoy of 2 spectacular swimming pools (one of those with jacuzzi). The swimming pools are equipped with sunbeds, rocking chairs, a double hammock, table and chairs.

In the villa the bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the cottage has air conditioning (in the bedrooms).

Wide-sweeping 360° views of the Florentine Chianti hills can be enjoyed from the gardens which reveal a myriad choice of small, hidden corners, where you can relax in complete privacy.

The property is surrounded by nature and offers breathtaking views: framed by green hills, close to fascinating medieval villages, and a wealth of natural and cultural attractions to explore and experience nearby.

From the Cottage it is possible to enjoy spectacular views of theTuscan countryside. This annex is composed of a luminous, multicoloured and fully equipped kitchen with the latest mod cons, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with cabin shower.The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant and comfortable design. Upstairs there is an open-plan upper-gallery with a fireplace and a large sitting room with two sofas.
