Die Bilder müssen es nicht sehen, um es zu glauben! Super hohe Decken geben ihm ein offenes Gefühl. Es gibt auch einen Wintergarten / eine Terrasse zum Entspannen und Lesen mit Blick auf die Wellen. Die offene Küche des Küchenchefs sowie die Arbeitsplatten und die Bar aus Granit sorgen für Unterhaltung. Großer Esstisch aus Holz für alle, die zusammen sitzen und ihre Mahlzeiten genießen möchten. This place is truly a gem . I cannot recommend this house enough. The sunsets and sunrises are truly incredible. The town of Wading River is so charming, and so close to a lot of places. We spent the day in the Hamptons and Sag Harbor, which isn't too far away. We have five 13-year-old boys and 4 moms with us, and they had so much fun at the house, especially with the ping pong table! The few concerns we had were acknowledged and received well by the owner. They were super kind, receptive, friendly, and quick to respond. I look forward to coming back again soon.

Wonderful House for a Family Reunion

The house is so lovely and spacious and right on the beach! It meant so much that we could all be in 1 house. A couple of the bedrooms are cramped for space but they are fine for sleeping. There are other areas in the house and outside if you want a little quiet time away from the others.

10 of us stayed at the house to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Debbie responded to my texts immediately to answer any question I had. We brought a couple of outdoor chairs to have enough seating to watch the beautiful sunset. It was a perfect getaway!

My Stay At Wading River NY

This stay was a very nice experience at the Victorian House in Wading River New York. The hosts of the Victorian House were engaging and very concerned about our quality of stay on Long Island NY. Our stay was for a 17 and under mens basketball tournament. Our men were impressed by the Victorian house and the experience of their first stay on Long Island NY. The main rooms were open and spacious, but most of the bedrooms were cramped (other than the large bedroom upstairs). In fact, one of the "bedrooms" was really a laundry room with a bed squeezed into it! The bathrooms could use renovating, as they were old and a bit dingy. The property managers were very helpful and brought some extra lamps and towels, which we appreciated. The outdoor shower was a nice feature, as well as the abundance of toys for the kiddies.

Not as great as I hoped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall is nice in a nice location. The sound is beautiful and the nearby towns are quaint and welcoming.On the negative side: There is a huge disparity in quality/size of of room accommodations - One giant master suite with walk in bath, one smaller and decidedly older suite with diminutive bath, and three small rooms which fit only a bed and small dresser. We had four couples with kids staying so the room setup wasn't ideal. Probably ideal for a large number of kids in the smaller rooms and adults in the suites.The kitchen wasn't very well equipped for cooking, for example all the frying pans were burned or permanently soiled. Also, there's fewer forks than number of allowable guests. All minor but annoying.Lastly, coordinating with property manager wasn't ideal. Several messages went without replies plus no 'owners manual' of the house exists explaining how things work and where things are. Lastly we had a blown fuse and instead of offering to correct the issues we were instructed to enter the muddy basement/crawl under the house and find the fuse box. That is unacceptable for the nightly price of the rental.

Whether you are inside sitting, or eating a meal, or outside in the sun, there are places for everyone to sit and be together comfortably doing what you want to do. There is even a lot of chairs on the balcony where we spent every evening talking and watching the beautiful sunsets. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, there were plenty of towels, and if you needed something, Virginia and Debbie responded quickly to texts, emails, or phone calls. When we arrived, the cleaning staff had not yet cleaned as they were confused about our arrival, but we left a message on voicemail, and within 20 minutes: they arrived and went to work, making the place spotless. Later they dropped off extra beach towels. We knew we were going to be well taken care of. Virginia and Debbie are very accommodating. The whole upstairs is one huge bedroom with two sofas. It is really really nice. You actually wake up to the sunrise, and see the beautiful sunsets at night. What a wonderful feeling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Following the wedding of our daughter in Brooklyn, we spent some time at the beach in the Queen Vic Beach House to unwind. The property was well located on the beach with no sight lines to adjacent houses. The beach house was well maintained and quite comfortable. The property managers were very professional and quite accessible through text. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as we explored lighthouses, beaches, wineries and restaurants on the beach. We were sorry that we ran out of time and couldn't arrange a lobster dinner from Buoy One in Riverhead. One particularly nice thing to note is that the Master Suite is the entire top floor on the beach side of the house. You can see the sun rise from your bed and the sun set while drinking a glass of wine on the balcony. One comment would be to check the house before you go shopping. It is quite well stocked, even to the clothes washing detergent and aluminum foil. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful memories! wonderful venue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If three families have to spend Memorial Weekend away from home watching lacrosse, what better way than staying at the beach! All parents and kids enjoyed the long weekend!

Family Fun Time

This is the third house we have rented from Debbie & Virginia and as always we had a great time. Love the location! Their houses have everything you will need, just pack your bathing suit. Both ladies are very helpful and always nice to deal with. No problem recommending to everyone and anyone. We are now looking to book our next vacation. Doreen & John

WONDERFUL, SO RELAXING!

What a view! Perfect location, beautiful rocks and shells. My husband and 2 kids loved it! Very peaceful. House was lovely and had everything we could ask for. Plus, it's so close to stores, vineyards and parks. Definitely plan on returning. Ginny is awesome! Thank you so much!!!
