Beautiful Beach House North Fork Getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful beach house in the North Fork. Our entire family loved the layout and decor of the house, walking the beach with our pups, the hot tub and its close proximity to the local farms, restaurants and vineyards. We look forward to returning.

Family getaway

We picked this neighborhood because it was near my daughter’s house and had the added bonus of being on the water. It was so relaxing spending time on the deck with friends and family. The house was perfect for our group, lots of space for hanging out!

Relaxing and much needed escape

We really enjoyed our north fork sound rental. It was great to be able to walk the beach every day with our 2 older dogs. It was a bonus to have an excellent restaurant nearby in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to enjoy cooking and relaxing there. And again with such a great selection of nearby farm stands and local fresh fish we did a lot of that. It was also a good location to jump off from to explore the rest of LI. We hope to return.

Family Easter Getaway

A magical place to reconnect with family and cousins . The house was steps from the beach. The house was well equipped with an amazing layout and ample seating for the 9 of us. Our family enjoyed Easter break together going on walks along the beach to playing board games while watching March madness on the big TV screen . It was the best family gathering and we would recommend this place for much needed rest and relaxation. Debbie the host was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly.

Peaceful and Perfect

My best friend who lives in Dallas came into New York and we rented this house. This is something we periodically do I have to say that of all the houses that I have rented on Long Island, this was the cleanest, the best Host Debbie!, The layout of the house is so comfortable. It’s perfect for a nice chill time. We went in December and it was still a magnificent experience. The sound is literally in your backyard and there’s just nothing like being on the water either for fun or relaxation. I will definitely be staying there again. It was a very special time.

Family Thanksgiving

Wonderful property and stay. Our family used the house to get out of town and celebrate Thanksgiving. The house exceeded expectations. The property was nicer than the pictures. It was very spacious, cozy and comfortable for our six adults and one infant. It was very well stocked with amenities. Right on the water, great for walks and quiet time. Hot tub and BBQ grill nice items to have. Property manager was great to work with. Very responsive before during and after our visit. Great location. Wading River has everything you need, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. South Port and Port Jefferson easy drives. Wineries everywhere. Will definitely use when the weather gets warmer, but a great retreat in cooler weather. Great memories. Thank you.

A slice of heaven

My friend and I just wanted a nice place to have a quiet girl’s weekend to relax and celebrate her 60th birthday and Chic Beach House was not just a good fit; it was the PERFECT choice! It is a beautiful house in the perfect spot. We arrived to a spotless home with a bottle of local wine waiting for us - which we promptly opened and enjoyed as we took in the lovely view of the Sound from the back porch! When it rained all day the second day, we were able to sit by the picture windows and watch the water get rougher and rougher, all from the safety of the dining room table as we played games. The house is so comfortable, from the living room couches with the electric fireplace giving warmth and light, to the beds in the bright, airy rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to make any kind of meal - though we limited ours to breakfast and lunch since there are also many options for dinner nearby! We got yummy takeout from Phil’s 5 minutes away and met some of my friend’s family for a delicious birthday dinner at Ruggero’s 10 minutes away the next night. Then we topped the weekend off with an OUTSTANDING dinner at La Plage (walking distance from the house) followed by a stunning sunset from the back porch of the house, and then a beautiful show of stars (and lights from Connecticut across the Sound). It was a truly wonderful weekend!

A perfect setting on the patio to witness the event and incredible sunsets. Almost everything was on one floor so perfect for those with mobility issues. House was well equipped with every amenity you could desire from spices to hair dryer to variety of shampoo. Tasteful artwork and touches throughout. The hot tub was therapeutic. Although there were only two of us and our dog, we felt the house embrace us with warmth and light. Host gave excellent nearby restaurant recommendations. Hope to come again with friends and family.

We had such beautiful October weather to enjoy the beauty of fall. The house was just as described, open floor plan, well equipped kitchen and a great outdoor deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets each day. We had great communication with our hosts throughout the week. We visited many wineries on the North Fork. Also, went to a great 5 star restaurant, La Plage, recommended highly by Debbie, one of our hosts. We had an amazing dinner there, and it was right down the street. I highly recommend considering this house for your next vacation. We cannot wait to use luxury beach getaway site for our next adventures. Thank you so much for a relaxing trip.

Relaxing Family Getaway

We stayed at this home a few years ago and it was one of our favorites,,!! We loved how just sitting on the deck you were on the beach and it was perfect for our little son being there was no steps,, he loved playing in the sand,! We really enjoyed BBQ’ing every night and eating as we watched the sunset on the quiet beach,!! The home was so nice and spacious and beautifully decorated,!

This house is one of the most beautiful beach house I have live in ,it only a few feet away from the beach ,the most beautiful deck to have a late dinner with your family,making plans to come back with my family.

Great beach house .

This beach house is very spacious and welcoming . It has an amazing view of the beach. A well kept and spacious deck to host a barbecue. My friends and I went for a wknd in may we had the best time .
