Fahren Sie entlang der privaten gemauerte 800 ft Auffahrt und in das, was Hampton-Stil leben geht. Dieses Haus ist auf drei Morgen großen Anwesen am Wasser befindet. Mit sechs Schlafzimmer (davon zwei Master-Suiten) und vier Badezimmer mit WC, ist dies die perfekte Sommer-Wochenende fĂŒr Familie und Freunde mit dem ganzen Platz und PrivatsphĂ€re erforderlich, um unterhaltsame und easy living genießen.

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Holzfußböden, gewölbte Decken und eine große große Zimmer mit Kamin. Es gibt Französisch TĂŒren in den großen Raum, die zu einer 22 x 74 privaten Oberdeck mit Blick auf das Wasser zu öffnen. Es gibt zwei 50-Zoll-Fernseher mit DVD / VCR und einem benutzerdefinierten in Stereo-Anlage gebaut.

Der gut bestĂŒckten WohnkĂŒche ist mit allen GerĂ€ten aus rostfreiem Stahl ausgestattet und öffnet auf die Terrasse mit einem Gasgrill. Die Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der WaschkĂŒche neben der KĂŒche befindet. Es gibt auch eine formelle Esszimmer, das ganze China und Besteck zur VerfĂŒgung.

Vier der gerĂ€umigen Zimmer sind auf der ersten Etage, einen Blick auf das Wasser. Der zweite Stock hat zwei private Schlafzimmer jeweils mit separatem Balkon und Blick auf das Wasser; Alle BettwĂ€sche sind vorhanden. Es ist ein Loft-BĂŒro mit einem Computer, Kabel-Breitband-Wireless-Internet-Service, einen Drucker und Fax ausgestattet.

Draußen ist noch besser mit einer 20 x 44 in den Boden beheizten Pool und einem acht Personen Whirlpool Jacuzzi alle von einem schönen Stein Terrasse umgeben ist. Spazieren Sie zum 125 ft-Dock, die zu einer 32 ft Schwimmdocks, die die meisten jede GrĂ¶ĂŸe Boot unterbringen kann. Das Dock ist mit 50amp 120-Volt-Service ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Frischwasser, Kabel, Telefon und Druckluft fĂŒr alle Ihre aufblasbare Wasserspielzeuge.

Das komplett eingerichtete Haus mit zentraler Klimaanlage kann bis zu sechzehn Personen schlafen, Fuß zu allen Westhampton zu bieten hat.

There ended up being a nor'easter going through the area the weekend we were there. Brian was responsive to our concerns and allowed us to early check in so that we could be fully settled before the storm came in. Even though Brian was kind enough to keep the pool open for us post-season, unfortunately, because of the storm, we couldn't enjoy it. The home is pet friendly and huge (by NYC standards!). One of the bedrooms even had an extra bed off to the side, perfect for children to sleep in together while being close to their parents.The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, cutlery. There weren't many bigger pots and baking sheets for the size of the home but we made do. We also stayed in and cooked most of our meals bc of the weather. Many of the pots and pans are teflon/non-stick, if that matters to you. The only thing that came out of left field for us was that we had to drive our trash to the town transfer station on the last day bc trash removal only happens once a week and we would've had to pay for extra trash removal if we didn't take it off the property ourselves.

Comfortable large home in a beautiful location. Accommodated all our family members flying in from around the US for a funeral. Plenty of parking for multiple rental cars, plenty of amenities inside for either entertaining or hosting extra family members. Comfortable beds and beautiful bedrooms.

Brian was a great host, very responsive to messages and helpful. He had outlined all instructions very well which was helpful. The property itself is a bit outdated, but still a beautiful property. It’s spacious, was clean, and we had no issues. It ended up being a cooler weekend than expected so the pool was cold. There is a heating option but is expensive. Overall, it was honestly a great experience for all of us for our girls weekend. Felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed.

Positives:The house is in a very convenient Westhampton location, with easy access to the area. The property itself is spacious, with many bedrooms and bathrooms that make it comfortable for a larger group. The outdoor space is the highlight—there’s a large pool and hot tub that we really enjoyed. There is also access to the water, and the house is secluded enough to feel private while still being very easy to get to the highway.Negatives:Unfortunately, the house is very run down and really in need of renovation. Many things felt old, worn, or heavily used. For example, the freezer door wasn’t closing properly and the faucet’s sprayer in the kitchen was leaking. While the manager was prompt and responsive in fixing issues, the underlying problem is that the house and its contents are simply too dated. Dishes and cookware were chipped and well past their prime, there was visible dirt under cushions, and the overall feel was cluttered and musty.Overall:The house works well if your main priority is space, location, and outdoor amenities. But if you’re looking for a property that feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained, this one may not meet expectations until it gets some much-needed updates.

The house was very spacious and well stocked: kitchen, towels, etc. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was close to town and not far from the beach.It does need a dehumidifier; it smells very musty. Some things need to be upgraded or fixed, such as some loose tiles in the back bathroom. Overall, the house worked very well for my family and the price was relatively reasonable, compared to other homes in the area.

A very good stay at a good property

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding at East Wind. The house is about 25 minutes away from East Wind. Our group kind of rotated throughout our stay but was family and friends. All adults and 1 9 year old boy. The house accommodated our group very comfortably. We started out with 5 and on the wedding night we were 11. The outdoor space is great. There was plenty of room on the deck for grilling and eating outside. The pool was a highlight and we had a fabulous time in it.The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good. There were a few minor maintenance issues such as a missing screw in a shower and a lamp that needed some love. When I alerted the host, I didn’t expect him to come fix it immediately. I reported it thinking that he would get to it between us and the next set of guests. He came over promptly and did the fixes.The only negatives were minor and I reported them to Brian, so I believe he will have look promptly. Two of the pool side lounge chairs have some issues. There is seating for about 12 or 13 by the pool. Under the piano the floor could be cleaned a bit.I would not let the minor issues keep me from renting the property again, but those few things are what kept it from 5 stars for us.The host was great and very appreciative of that we brought the issues to his attention. I would be surprised if they were not addressed promptly.

This home was exactly as described and pictured. It was the perfect place to celebrate our mother’s life as she was laid to rest with our father, at Calverton National Cemetery . Many family and friends gathered and we had plenty of room for fun and enjoying the catered meals from local establishments!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful and includes almost everything you need. We took our parents that are 87 & 93 years old and I did not realize it is not handicap accessible. They struggled with the steps at the front of the house. They also struggled with the living room furniture. The sofas have seen better days and hard to get out of. A great place for a large group but not the elderly.

Perfect family getaway in Westhampton

We had an absolutely amazing time at Brian’s home. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect! The home was spacious and the deck was perfect for grilling and hanging outside. This home was great for a big family to get together and have a relaxing fun weekend together. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back !

Lovely spot in Westhampton

We enjoyed a brief family reunion at the house. Wish we could have stayed longer. There's plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed all our meals outside - from breakfast through dinner. Time at the pool was also a highlight. Only downside was the late check-in and early departure times but it makes sense to give the cleaner time to get ready for the next guests. Would definitely recommend.

Charming and beautiful

We had a wonderful time. The house and the property is absolutely beautiful and private. We were 8 adults with our dogs and everyone had their own private space. We were close to town and the beaches but really didn’t need to go anywhere.. we were perfectly content on the back deck overlooking the canal or in the beautiful hotel-like pool. Brian, the owner was a pleasure to communicate with and we thank him for sharing his charming house with us.

Wonderful Westhampton

We wanted an easy, homey, Hampton summer stay to celebrate our mom’s 82nd birthday. Between pool, bedrooms, dock, hot tub, local produce markets, beaches and town, we couldn’t ask for anything more! Our host was so accommodating and communicative. We think we have to book again for next summer!

Great Stay

Clean, spacious and well maintained house with lots of beautiful touches and antiques that give the place a warm character. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable, with couches in most of them and a few with decks. House looks better in person than in pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Host was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any questions.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We were a group of 8 women who stayed in the house and overall it was fantastic. The house is very large as were most of the bedrooms. One of the rooms was considerably smaller but we had an easygoing group so it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely rent this house again

A wonderful stay

Clean and beautiful house with wonderful amenities. It was the perfect spot to get together for a friend’s wedding. Lots of room for everyone. Close to the beach and host was great!
