This direct waterfront home sits just above the shoreline in Wading River, with open water views from the living areas, kitchen, and private patio. It’s a quiet, comfortable North Fork retreat designed for longer summer stays — three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to six guests.



Outside, a private lawn and patio overlook the water, with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a gas grill. Beach access is just steps below, making it easy to spend your days outside and on the water. Inside, the home is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with a recently renovated kitchen and plenty of natural light throughout.



The location is quiet and residential, but close to Sound Avenue where North Fork vineyards and farm stands begin. About five minutes away. Wildwood State Park is nearby for hiking and additional beach access.



This home is best suited for guests looking for a peaceful waterfront setting rather than a busy beach scene.

A car is recommended. The house is about 90 minutes from Manhattan (traffic dependent), 20 minutes from the North Fork wine trail, and 5 minutes to Wading River village.



Other Things to Note:

Seasonal Note: Outdoor amenities including patio furniture and grill are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Reach out with any questions.



Pet Policy: Standard fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.



Stays Over 21 Days: Any utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest responsibility.



Stays of 29 Nights or More: A refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our team will reach out with details upon booking.

14 to 29 days before arrival: 50 percent refund

We secure insurance for your stay and require a signed Guest Rental Agreement. This covers incidental damages during your stay. If anything happens, let us know.
