The location is great, the space is great and had decent amount of towels, toiletries. However only one big pot to cook from and frying pan. The worst is to see roaches big and small in the kitchen especially and in the living room space. You have to be on full watch to ensure none are in your food let alone taking them to your home where you DO NOT have roaches. Reached out and no response. Other responses were slow as well.

Had an excellent time. The house was Clean and comfortable, and the different rooms deco was awesome with the Star Wars and Mickey, and Frozen themes. The private screened in pool and patio was very clean and the pool was clear, cool and refreshing!! The resort staff is great and professional as well. Overall, 5 out of 5. Thank you for the good time and memories my family and I made.

Check in/out very smooth. Kitchen was not stocked with adequate pots and pans to use in preparing family meals. All rooms did not have remotes to the tvs.The ice maker stop making ice and one of the drawers in the fridge was broken. The pool was smaller than expected, but the kids enjoyed it. We encountered some unwelcomed guess, roaches in the home (kitchen area and some in the bedrooms downstairs). Location was good. Wi-Fi access was good to have due to poor cell phone signal. The community clubhouse and pool was nice. Overall we enjoyed the home.

Comfortable Stay

The property was as pictured, we enjoyed our time. Just a heads up for future renters, there is limited cookware, maybe 4 small pots and no mixing bowls, colanders etc. Basically just enough to creatively prepare dinner. There is no life vest-bring your own if you need it. The property charges a $10 fee for every package you have delivered, this was very inconvenient and an overall extra cost you might want to consider if you're staying for a while and will need amazon delivery. The house was visibly clean but not deep cleaned, could've used a mopping and time spent cleaning the bathrooms. Overall, we were comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. 4/5 would recommend.

Bug infested

Ants crawling all over the wall going up the stairs,in all 3 bathrooms in the tub and on the floors. Ants crawling on the table in the princess room and all over the girls iPads . In the master bedroom they were all over the side table that I had to wipe off my iPad and glasses before I’d wear them because they were crawling all over them. The kitchen was loaded with them as well. We brought our own Keurig coffee pot since they didn’t have one the ants were crawling in and out of the water reservoir it was disgusting! Bugs bugs bugs everywhere. When I called the owner he did get someone to come out to spray however they didn’t see any in the house supposedly. He never got back with me to discuss this, just left me hanging. We couldn’t cook or do any food for the 5 days we stayed. The bugs were tiny but there were many bugs all over the rooms. We had 11 people staying there and the bugs were seen by all yet he didn’t believe me. We had to wash all clothes at the laundromat so we didn’t bring the bugs back to our homes as these ants were in all luggage! Absolutely disgusting place to stay!!

A Disappointing Start to My Stay at the Resort in Orlando

A Disappointing Start to My Stay at the Resort My experience at the resort was a series of unfortunate events that left me feeling frustrated. It was raining when i arrived. The entry was denied because I was not registered as a guest. The rain made the situation disheartening as I was soaked walking from my car to the guard, seeking help for entry. My phone calls to the management went unanswered. The security guard, showed some compassion and allowed, but on the condition that registration should be completed the following morning. The stress of the situation overshadowed the excitement of my stay. The next morning, the registration was rectified. My troubles did not end there. There were two conflicting checkout times displayed: 10 AM on a document in the house and 11 AM on the television. I request a late checkout at 12 PM, by the communication channel. Regrettably, denied. The porch and pool area lacked proper maintenance; layers of dust and cobweb. The bedsheets in my room were unclean, which is certainly not what one expects from a resort. The next morning, we took it upon ourselves to wash all the bedsheets to ensure they were hygienic. At 10:15 AM, the maid was there to clean the house. I had to leave unprepared. Despite these setbacks, I must acknowledge that the general area and layout of the house were appealing. The location was attractive, and the potential for a fulfilling experience was palpable.

Lots of space for the whole family. Lots of kitchen utensils but only a few pots. Location was great. Close to the main pool area which the kids loved. The only downside is the pool heater was broken and the owner was slow to respond to messages.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were visiting Florida for a week and this home was perfect for our needs! It looked exactly like the pictures! It’s was clean and very well kept. The private pool was a plus as the children wanted to swim everyday. The only thing is it’s dark out in pool area when the sun goes down so even if you wanted to sit out there, you would need a candle or light from the inside. The house was well equipped with most of the things needed. We had a few minor hiccups and the host was very helpful and got back to us fast when needed! The bedrooms were so nice, we felt very comfortable being there. Check-In process was so easy. The location was also right near lots of shopping, groceries and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
