Diese makellose Villa ist nur fünf Minuten von Disney entfernt, nur eineinhalb Meilen von der US-192 und in der Nähe aller Hauptattraktionen.

Der Ort, Oak Island Cove, ist eine der nächstgelegenen Gemeinden zum Disney. Unsere schöne Villa steht zur Vermietung und in ruhiger Lage zur Verfügung.

Es gibt einen privaten beheizten Pool, eine möblierte Terrasse, ein Spielzimmer und allen Komfort von zu Hause. Unsere Villa verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten mit Queensize-Betten, Kabel-TV, begehbaren Kleiderschränken und Vollbad.

Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer verfügen über zwei Einzelbetten mit Kabel-TV. Eines davon ist unter dem Motto Disney - wir nennen es Tigger's Den! Kinder lieben es !!!

Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in den Parks lädt der Poolbereich zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Poolwärme ist auf Anfrage kostenlos.

Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, Kabel-TV, einen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV und einen schönen Blick auf den privaten Pool und die Terrasse. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet Platz für sechs Personen sowie eine Frühstückstheke mit drei Barhockern. Die Küche bietet modernisierte Großgeräte für jeden Küchenchef.

Die Waschküche bietet eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe sowie ein Bügelbrett. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Spielzimmer bietet Tischtennis, Mini-Basketball, Tischfußball und Darts.

Diese rauchfreie Villa liegt in günstiger Nähe zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es gibt auch viele Qualitätsgolfplätze innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrt. Nur 30 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Orlando entfernt.

Perfect for families

Our stay was perfect. We travelled with our 3 adult children. Everyone had their own space and bathroom! The house was exceptionally clean. Convenient to all the Disney Parks and whatever shopping needs you have. Great for families. If I may make one suggestion...a single serve coffee pot would be a nice addition.

An excellent accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tigger’s Den. The home is located in a safe neighborhood that is central to the parks, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed having the convenience of a kitchen well-stocked with all you’ll need for cooking, laundry facilities on site, a spacious and clean home, and the private enclosed pool to enjoy as well. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Great place. Close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay and will book again when we come back in the future. It was close to Disney. Our 9 year old was in the pool whenever we were at the house. The second master bedroom was great for our oldest (adult) child.

The house is vast, when you go inside you can breathe. High ceilings and the layout favors congregation in the kitchen and/or living room. The amenities were really helpful and the pool was great for the kids. We definitely recommend.

Excellent Clean Property with Kind Owner

The property was clean and spacious and the owner goes above and beyond. They offered separate pool towels, extra bath towels, toiletries, and household supplies. Check-in is simple and the expectations were very reasonable. We will definitely consider staying here again if they will have us.

Good location and communication

The location was perfect for proximity to Disney and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Owner is very responsive to messages. Only problem was ants. While I realize that ants are prevalent in Florida the number of ants in the kitchen was more than we prefer. We kept all of the food sealed and put away and cleaned up crumbs. Owner says he will take care of it but this is the reason for a less than 5 star review.

Great location, great value

We’ve stayed in the Orlando region once before and this time on our 11 day stay, we decided on this home. Previously we stayed in Clermont and there was a noticeable difference to the good in our commute times going to and from the theme parks. Plus a nice added bonus was next to nothing for tolls! Property itself is well kept, in a nice neighbourhood and the swimming pool was well used by the kids and occasionally by the adults as well to beat the heat in July when we stayed there. There are tons of restraunts and shopping within a 5 minute drive, including a Super WalMart and a Target within that range to stock up on food, water and other supplies. If we find ourselves in the Irlando region again we will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiggers Den which we found exactly as the listing described. It provided a relaxing base from which to explore the parks and allowed us to unwind in the pool and the games room. We benefited from having access to a stroller in the property which was an added bonus. Communication with the host was prompt and informative. They acted quickly to call an engineer to fix an internet issue. It is difficult to find any areas to improve but additional cleaning materials, especially bin bags would have been useful. As Brits we would have also appreciated an electric kettle to make a quick cup of tea! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, relaxing base from which to easily access Disney parks and the Kissimee area.

Supplies

Everything was very clean. We were told we only needed to supply our own groceries and that the property would be stocked with all necessary items. We didn't realize after going to the grocery store that there would not be a supply of toilet paper, which is a necessary item. We were asked to take out the trash and there were no trash bags available either. I feel that these two items should have been available.
