The property was excellent. Check in was seamless. The Wi-Fi was strong. The house was clean and stocked. There was adequate parking spaces for everyone. We really liked that there was a bathroom for every room. We had a few visits from racoons, but this was a great family property.

Very nice gated community. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to check in with security at a second gate. We weren’t aware of that ahead of time. Once in we had no problems accessing the property. Air conditioning wasn’t working but someone came out to fix it within two hours and after hours so we appreciated that. Would recommend more towels. We had a large group and one towel each. We had to clean up trash every morning die to raccoons getting into the trash bin we were instructed to use, which wasn’t optional. All minor inconveniences. The property was safe, quiet, and very close to the parks. We would stay here again

Florida Scandi vacation homes

The place was amazing! It was very big and clean. There was like two outlets that were loose/broken but other than that it was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The club house was clean and super fun but it was closed for like two days when we were there and no reason was given as to why. Will definitely book here again

Great Stay

Nice house in a gated community with pool and hot tub. Check in was a breeze. Literally 10 mins from Disney and other parks. The clubhouse pool was very nice and clean… The only bummer was the splash pad was hardly ever on. Great food ice cream and beer prices. Will stay again the next time our family is in the area.

Good Location

The grill was not working. Very little supplies in the house. 2 pods for dishwasher, 2 garbage bags. When you pay this much money you should stock your home. Just saying. Woudn't stay there again.

Perfect Home for a family of 8

We had such a great experience here and we were close to so many shopping areas so we were able to cook. We were also near the parks which made it more convenient. We couldnt use the pool due to the rainy weather on our free day but I loved to look at it. The rooms were amazing and clean and everything was just perfect. I have 2 special needs children so it was comforting to know that the kids medical stroller rental got delivered with no issues. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Also I am going to miss that comfy couch.

2022 Family Christmas

Our extended family used this beautiful home as a home base of operations for our Disney, Universal and Kennedy Space Center adventures. The home is very clean but getting a bit tired and worn in places. Expect comfortable and adequate, not luxurious or plush by any means. You can tell this is a well-rented unit, but it definitely met our needs for a great eeek of family fun!

Great Neighborhood

The neighborhood and resort was great! The house had plenty of space for our family. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work. We put in several requests to have it fixed. We paid to have the pool/ hot tub heated, but it was shut off when we went for a swim our last morning. House could use more kid friendly games.

One issue but an overall great stay

Had an issue with the pool heat. Called the service guy who showed right up. Had a broken valve.He ordered a replacement and returned the following morning and replaced it. Still no heat. Send another repair guy from a pool company and he determined the heater burnt out. They could not replace it in time for us to use. So they gave us an apology and a credit. Can't say they did not try their best to rectify the situation. Other than that it was a great place to stay and would book it again. Clean neat and comfortable house.

Great house for a big family!

Our family had a great time in this house! Lots of room and we really enjoyed the pool. The house is well maintained. We could not get the pool light on to swim at night. The switch that I believe controls the pool llght is missing the knob so there is no way to turn it on. We tried every other switch and it didn’t control the pool light, so I am assuming it’s the one that is missing a knob. That was a bummer. But it didn’t stop us from having a great time during the day and also the clubhouse pool is amazing, and has a slide for the kids. Overall, a great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again.

Overall okay

The only complaint I had was when we arrived at 6pm the house was 88 degrees. It took 13 hours for it to cool down to 76 degrees. There are no ceiling fans which is needed to cool the place down. The rental was through Florida Scandi so there was no onsite management to call on a Sunday arrival.

Needs update and a good cleaning

Location worked great but the walls and carpet need a deep cleaning. Vents had a thick layer of black dust. Beds need updated and for the length of stay we needed more than 2 garbage bags. Raccoons got into garbage and broke the thin bags. They only left two dishwasher soaps as well, we were here for a week. Not fun buying all household products for the property for daily cleaning.

Long walk and communial pool full of unsupervised and high parents

Had a group of 4 to 5 kids gang up on my son who is six years old and tried to drown him. The older kid was encouraging a 10-year-old who was similar sized to my six years old to choke him and drown him. When I intervened and pulled the kid off of my son of which yes, my son probably instigated it because he squirted the kid with a toy in the pool. The other kids started hitting me and the dad ran over extremely high and got in my face and security did absolutely nothing about removing him. A group of other adults that saw the entire situation that if that dad did anything to me, they were gonna get up and take him down. I’m a mom with four kids and my husband. I was back at the room cooking dinner so at least other people were gonna stand up for me. I called the police and they couldn’t even find where this guy lived nor the property manager…and we are asked to provide the address where we are staying upon entry to the pool. The parent also threatened to choke my 10-year-old daughter upon leaving the premises of which my husband was with was to upon arriving to situation after being called to come. Seems to have been a family member of possibly even the security guard that they’re allowing in the communal pool area and causing ruckus for the members/ vacationers. Will never go back here.

The Bad1.Basic Supplies:Nothing was provided—no cleaning supplies, soap, trash bags, or even sponges. We spent more time shopping for essentials like toilet paper than enjoying the parks. The house was also dusty in some areas.2.Furniture Condition:The furniture is outdated and in poor condition in some areas of the house. The couch had two large holes that looked really bad. 3.Jacuzzi Issues:The jacuzzi wasn’t heated, and while someone showed up two days later to fix it, they did so without prior notice.4.Privacy Violation:On the day we were leaving, a lady entered the house unannounced while my mom was standing in the kitchen. She didn’t knock or notify us, which was alarming and completely unacceptable, especially since it was barely 9 AM. She didn’t notice the music was on - she apologized and said she thought we left and that’s why she walked in. Still not sure who she is but she also had a code to get into the house.5.Garbage Issues:The garbage was never picked up. Even when we placed it in the designated area, animals tore through it, leaving us to clean the mess ourselves,twice. 6.Unexpected Fees:There’s a 10 charge per for packages or deliveries, which I was not informed beforehand.7.Fire Alarm Maintenance:The fire alarm batteries were low and beeped for two days. Despite communicating this to management, they suggested we buy batteries.The Good: The house is big and spacious. Gated Community

Plenty of room, needs cleaning

The house has plenty of room for multiple families. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is well below standard. The walls looked like they have never been cleaned, the microwave and dishes had dried food on them and there was a used loofa in the wash tub. We actually ended up going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. The location is good and the pool was fun. There is no heat to the hot tub unless you request it for a extra fee. You can easily walk to the main resort pool to use their hot tub. Watch what you put in the trash bin outside because there is a raccoon that gets into it and will shred your bags. Might try another place in four corners next time due to how dirty it was and the amount you pay for a cleaning fee.

Great stay !

House was as advertised and fit our family of 10 perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Large dining room with seating for 8 and then counter seating at kitchen for another 4. TVs in every Bedroom and large tv in family room. Pool with attached hot tub was great. We added heat after day 1 and it was turned in within 24hrs. Table and chairs at the pool and safety screen system to keep the little ones safe. Grill need to be replaced as only half the burners worked ( gas tubing was rotted out ) and the WIFI needs to be checked and the info provided at checkout didn’t work. But these were very minor issues. Overall great stay and would definitely rent again !! Thanks
