Enjoy your gulf vacation in this well-appointed beachfront condominium! This unit features FREE secure, WIRELESS internet. This condo has all the luxuries of home, with a beach view that is unforgettable. Updated with flat screen HDTVs and great furnishings throughout. Beautiful views in all directions! The moment you walk in, the expansive views will amaze you! The Gulf Dunes property is located on the beautiful Okaloosa Island, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the Gulfarium and the Boardwalk. The property features 2 beach front pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, ample parking and elevators. The convenient layout of this 2 bedroom + bunkroom is sure to please everyone. Two full baths and a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, bunk beds in the bunkroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Family Reunion Plus

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect up until the last day. That was the only day of pouring rain and somehow it seemed appropriate. The unit itself was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Property manager was very responsive to our requests. We definitely consider returning.

The other shower head wasn’t working so we went to Lowe’s & got a shower head. Of course when we left we took our shower head home with us. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Bathtub too high for elderly & knee replacement recipient.

Great Condo HORRIBLE location

The property was very nice, currently upgraded. Nothing wrong with it at all. The trouble was location, only one way on the island and it was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE traffic. Due to this I doubt we will go back. Travel from and to location if you had to go inland always seemed bad.

Great stay with all we needed

Great condo that had all we needed. A little glitch with door code not working, but management was very responsive and got us in right away with new code. Third bedroom was much smaller than it looked in pictures, but was not a problem. Beautiful setting and comfortable unit.

Overall the property was nice. The room needs some attention on a few minor things, mostly cosmetic. The biggest downside was the temperature of the floor, but that's due to the outdoor temperature and the wind coming through the parking deck. The HVAC system needed an air filter and the duct registers were dirty as well as the ceiling fans. The master shower valve leaks a little, but this was intermittent. The dryer didn't seem to dry clothes well, but this seemed to be due to the dryer not venting efficiently. Ultimately this is by far the best place we've stayed over the last several trips and we would absolutely book this room again. Maintenance items are always a pain with rental properties.
