Easy walking to quite a few things, which is good because there is a major road construction project just down the street. The beach service guy appeared to be the slowest to set up of all the ones we could see, but otherwise very nice.

Just Perfect!

Unit was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The unit looks exactly like the photos. The unit's beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. One King, two doubles and twin bunk beds in the third small bedroom. It was super convenient to have the washer and dryer in the unit. There were plenty of bath towels. The grounds were well maintained. Any question that I had were promptly answered both by email and by phone. It is a short walk to a restaurant and the food store and liquor store is just a short ride away. Sunsets on the balcony were spectacular. The unit is located over sand dunes for great ocean views. It is a wonderful condo and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit!

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I rented the condo for a vacation with our young adult children. There were 7 of us in total and the condo was spacious, clean and had a great view. We really liked the beach umbrella/chair service as well.

When I first was looking at properties I was able to speak to someone over the phone that was very helpful. Brooks and Shorey provided great communication throughout the process and they checked in on us upon our arrival with all the necessary info we needed for the condo. We enjoyed the condo, there were some minor cosmetic things but nothing that caused any problems. The condo was very spacious and was clean upon our arrival. The couches looked a little aged but we just put a sheet over them and it was fine. The master bed wasn't the most comfortable bed but nothing can compare to your own bed at home. There was more than enough silverware, plateware, utensils, etc. that we needed. There was a standard coffee machine and a keurig type machine so we were impressed with both of these. The stainless steel appliances all worked great. The view of the beach from the balcony was just gorgeous and we loved looking out there every morning while eating breakfast or drinking our coffee. I would recommend Gulf Dunes and we had a great experience with Brooks and Shorey so I would work with them again.

Great condo. GREAT VIEW!

Everything was great except for some much needed additions: additional forks (only 3 salad forks and 3 dinner forks means your hand washing after every meal) clean the range vent, it does not suck up steam, or smoke from cooking. Additional kitchen towels and much needed bathroom hand towels. I purchsed a spatula and left it for the next renter, kitchen did not have one. (Hard to flip an egg, fish, anything without one🤔)

However the room is very dated according to the photos as described on the app/website. The condo was absolutely filthy when we arrived and I had to clean before we could even put our toddler down to play. We arrived Saturday and it took until Monday morning for the refrigerator to catch up, had even know we wouldn’t have gone to buy groceries that’s the majority we had to throw away because they were warm.

Would Stay Again

The condo was clean, great location, and wonderful view. We enjoyed the spacious balcony in the mornings and evenings. Only complaint was the refrigerator wasn't cooling like it should, and we had to throw out some items we bought at the store. When I reported the issue to the front desk it was fixed in no time. We will stay here again.
