Highly Recommend - You Will LOVE It!!

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo. It's our first time but won't be our last! 3 Bed + 2 Baths. It's completely renovated - kitchen, baths & flooring and well maintained. Lots of room for our family of 5. Comfortable furniture and beds. Large kitchen table and there's a large breakfast bar w/barstools. It was equipped with everything we needed and lots of extras! Beautiful ocean views and in a convenient location. Owner was available for questions and quick to respond. Stewby's Restaurant is right across the street, you must try it! We have been staying in Ft Walton for many years, we love the area.

Just O.M.G. Perfection

This property was THE BEST property we have ever stayed at. The condo was GORGEOUS, SUPER CLEAN (fantastic cleaning crew), spacious, beautifully decorated, and yep - RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It was so amazing to wake up every morning and see the Gulf right outside. Walking to the beach took less than two mins after you get off the elevator. There were four adults and one teenager in our party and we all had plenty of room to spread out and yet still be together when needed. The large dining room table served a dual purpose of family meals and board game time for when we needed a brief reprieve from the heat. The host was very communicative, gave clear directions on everything, and was absolutely amazing. Book this condo now - you won’t regret it!!!

Nice property, great beach location

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this very clean and well appointed condo. It seems to have been recently renovated and was decorated well. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we found plenty of room in the walk-in closet for all of our clothing to be unpacked. My children had ample room in the other two bedrooms, and the youngest loved the bunkbeds. The beach view was perfect! The walk to the beach was very quick and it was no problem to walk back-and-forth multiple times a day to get a cold drink or meal in the room. The beach space for golf dunes was not crowded in mid May and was well monitored by lifeguards throughout the day. The only thing I would change about this location is that no code was required to access the pool gate or the boardwalk. Anyone could, in theory, walk into the complex and use the pool, elevators, or gain access to the beach. This felt less secure than I would have liked. another small note would be that the patio furniture is different than what is shown in the pictures. I understand that the beach is harsh on outdoor furniture and has likely been replaced since photographs were taken. I would only note for other people traveling with young children as I was, that all of the chairs that are now on the balcony are bar height. I was disappointed that there were no standard height seats for my younger child to sit safely on. We will consider staying at this lovely property again in the future!

Beautiful condo with a great view and easy access to the pool and beach. Beach chair service was very good. Only negative would be we had people smoking on the balcony below us that was not ideal. Overall our visit was positive and we would definitely come back.

Condo was as listed. Plenty of room. Great layout with awesome view of the Gulf. Everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Everything we needed to cook meals. Restaurants within walking distance.
