Wonderful place. If one thing could be improved...beyond the old school coffee maker...the bed in the Master is rock hard. If you spend enough time on the beach it will suffice. The location and quality of the property is top notch.

What a TREAT to be able to watch porpoises in the Gulf of Mexico every morning straight from the comforts of your own private balcony! We love the GUlf Dunes property, the location is perfect for convenience. This is a great unit to rent, the location of the unit on the third floor is nice being down towards the end of the level where you don't have the elevator noises to hear-this is a big perk! From your 5 star ratings, we think it's safe to assume condo 316 at the Gulf Dunes is going to be your vacation home from now on when traveling to Fort Walton Beach! This is exactly what we hope to provide you-somewhere you are comfortable so you can truly get some peace and quiet time. Afterall, what else are vacations for?! Annual End of Summer Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management team with Brooks and Shorey are the best in the area! Accommodating and amazing customer service. We wouldn’t rent from anyone else. This was our 4th stay at Gulf Dunes. Love how close it is to great restaurants. Beach service is the best. This unit could’ve used some updating but it was clean and comfortable!

Perfect, relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos accurately portrayed the unit. The view is spectacular, the space is great. The beach service was wonderful. We would return in a heartbeat. There were some things that were a little tired - Stove slow to heat, DVD player didn't read the DVD's available in the office.

Softball Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for a softball tourney in which the location to the fields was excellent with the plus being on the beach. Condo was roomy and in excellent shape. Large balconies is a plus. Was very clean as well. The only thing I would say that would have been nice is that the air conditioner in the right side lobby was working and that there be some way of cooling the elevators. Overall would recommend these condos to family and friends.

Two weeks of beautiful views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and spacious for our family of five. The view and seeing dolphins were one of the highlights. The entrance to the beach was easy to get to or you had a choice of two pools. One heated. Loved that we were able to cook our own meals and do laundry. Have one request of owners. At least one frying pan larger than 8 inches. We have already booked to come back next year.
