Just what was needed

First time stay in this lovely facility was exactly what was needed. Overall calm and peaceful. The living space was appealing in view and decor, filled with all our needed items for a stay. The parking was easy in and out. Lovely balcony for our refreshment and was room enough for all of us to gather. Booking was a straight path, that we also appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay there.

Excellent location and had beach service included. Covered parking for this unit for one car. One of the shower curtains needs to be replaced and there was leaking behind one of the toilets. The Keurig had what appeared to be a roach in it so we didn’t use it. We looked in all the cabinets to make sure there weren’t any more we could see. Property could use updating and more attention to cleanliness.

Gulf Dunes Paradise

Location, location, location! I'm hesitant to give a review and let the secret out. It's no secret that this property sits on the most beautiful beach in Florida, but it's specific location is one of the least crowded sections of that beach. Convenient to everything and a great facility

Great Place to Stay

Had a great time at the beach. Perfect location for our family of 5 - beyond the beach, we also really enjoyed playing on the tennis court and in the heated pool. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect for our stay on Okaloosa Island. The condo was great and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying Okaloosa Island. We loved swimming in the pool and going to the beach and the location is perfect if you want to run to fort Walton or Destin.

Great spot! We had a wonderful time. Loved the dedicated covered parking spot and the easy access to the pool and beach. The beach tent and chairs were a huge perk. We would totally return to this location.

We love the location and the fact it has 3 bathrooms. We have rented several times through Sunset Resorts and they are so easy to deal with. Always there to answer our questions and take care of us.

This condo was well appointed with most everything you need and decorated nicely for a beach vacation. The location was convenient to Destin and other places. The best part was the view!

Awesome stay in Ft. Walton Beach

This is the best condo I have ever stayed in while visiting Florida. It is right on the beach and never overly crowded. Everything you need is provided by the owner! This our families go to place every summer!!

Great stay !

Property was exactly as advertised, and the beach was beautiful. The condo was in great shape, and despite some previous negative reviews that I read about cleanliness, the place was very clean and bright. Amenities were great, restaurants and grocery were all within about mile, and Destin is just a short trip away. Definitely will try to stay here again !

Amazing Gulf front condo!

This property exceeded our expectations! The view of the Gulf was amazing and it was nice to sit on the patio to take it all in. Watching the dolphins swim was a highlight for sure! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. It was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The location was perfect as it was in a quieter area than Destin yet just a short drive away if you wanted to head out and explore. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this amazing property!
