The kitchen is complete with a gas stove, an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 8 persons.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage. NO Parking in the Garage.


Complimentary parking is available on the driveway and in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors’ houses. A maximum of three (3) compact cars can be parked on the driveway, so please carpool accordingly.


- Maximum occupancy of six (6) people on the property at any time.

- Check-in time is 12:30 PM (early check-in is subject to availability)

- Check-out time is 11:30 AM (late check-out is subject to availability)



City of Huntington Beach Ordinance.

- The minimum age of the person renting/booking shall be 25 years old.

- Quiet hours are between 10 PM – 7 AM.
