Welcome to `Huntington Hide Out` Newly remodeled studio located a block from the Beach, Pacific City and Main Street. Fully furnished & stocked with beach items, built-in BBQ and board games to make your vacation memorable! Dining, beach and entertainment all within walking distance. Continue your night with a cozy blanket at our `RED BRICK` fire-pit and a glass of wine. This unit is one of five apartments within a complex. One parking spot on property + one parking pass provided.

This newly renovated studio has a queen bed in the room, a bathroom, high speed WiFi, Netflix, AC, portable heating units, a designated parking space, and plenty of space for your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, cooking utensils, and more. But don’t let that sway you from eating out at some of the best restaurants on the West Coast…don’t worry, I will provide you a list of my recommendations at check-in. Child friendly and pet friendly!

A walk in closet with a nice renovated bathroom makes this studio have a large yet cozy feel.

Things to note: Huntington Hide Out is located in the heart of the action. Beach traffic is present and can be constant at peak times. A sound machine is provided in the bedroom to impact noice levels if needed.

Need fresh air? This unit is located on private property with a common space which includes outdoor seating, community grill, fire pit, and some fun activities! In front of the unit you will have your own little sitting area, or can join your neighbors at the fire pit and grill seating area! Want to take a cruise on the beach path? There are bike rental shops within walking distance to the unit. Want to layout and enjoy the California sunshine? We provide you with beach towels and some beach items to make your stay truly care-free.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
