Family Friendly Vacation Home in Huntington Beach

This home is located less than 2 miles from the ocean and the iconic Huntington Beach pier. Quiet, family friendly and close to Main Street restaurants and shops. Features 3 bedrooms, King Master, living room with sofa-bed, fully supplied kitchen, and outdoor patio w/ BBQ. Comfortably accommodates a family of 6-8 people. Includes a pair of bikes for cruising down the beach on the boardwalk to make this a beach vacation to remember!
We believe in full transparency so please review these disclaimers before booking:

Due to insurance reasons, the person booking must be at least 25 years old to book and must upload a photo of government ID to the host within 24 hours of booking. We reserve the right to request the first and last names of all members of the group as well as ID’s prior to supplying door code. Due to local laws, stays of longer than 30 days or longer must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

Please note that we have occupancy based pricing in our settings. Please select the correct number of people in your group at the time of booking to get the correct pricing for your stay. Keep in mind, if you add more people to your group after booking the rate may adjust slightly. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each additional person after the initial 4 people. This keeps our rates low and affordable for our average group size for this listing and helps us charge an appropriate fee for the additional linens and utilities used by a larger group size. Thank you for understanding.

The home does NOT have central air conditioning, but it does have central heat in the winter. The AC that is provided is a portable AC unit for the Master bedroom only, and is suitable for comfortable sleeping. During the daytime in the summer please open the windows and prop all the bedroom doors open for the airflow through the house with the ceiling fans operating to keep the house cool. (Please close and lock all doors and windows when you are not home. The home will cool off quickly again when the windows are opened and fans are running.)

Due to insurance reasons we ask that you not use the fireplace.

A kid's bike helmet is supplied as required by local laws for children under 18 years old.

Corporate leases and insurance companies that need to relocate their people are welcome on case by case basis. Stays of 30 days or longer will require a signed rental agreement and a background check.

* At the time of booking please provide the names and ages of everyone in your group
* We reserve the right to request a copy of government ID of all adult guests
* Quiet time is at 9 pm (music off, outdoor voices down)
* Please do not disturb neighbors
* No smoking or parties!
* Pack ‘n Play (Crib) available upon request
We will always be available to answer questions during your stay. We are happy to suggest our favorite restaurants, tourist attractions and will help you get acquainted with the area.

The neighbors on both sides are quiet and private. Please respect that and keep noise levels down after 9 pm.
The property is situated on a quiet residential neighborhood. Less than 1/2 a mile away from Huntington Beach High School and Sea Cliff Shopping Center where there is a huge grocery store (Albertson's), Staples, Panera, Starbuck's, McDonald's and an outdoor food court with Baskin Robbins, Pizza, Sushi, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from.

And just 2 miles away is the downtown Main Street area with a popular night life, breakfast cafes, shops, and the very popular Tuesday night Farmer's Market street fair in which several blocks of Main Street is closed for street vendors, live music, and handcrafted gifts.

Just 11 miles from Orange County's John Wayne Airport. Short drive to Newport Beach, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and much more.
