The Clubhouse is located less than 1 minute from the house driving and 5 minutes walking

The clubhouse has free parking in front.

To access the clubhouse you must take a card that you will find hanging in front of the main door of the house.

Clubhouse hours are: Dawn to Dusk (Sunrise to Sunset) - Every day of the week.

Fitness Center: 5:30 AM - 10 PM - Every day of the week.

The house has a purified water system, all the water in the house is purified and alkaline, (the one that comes from the showers, from the refrigerator, from the taps etc...)

Next to the sink handle you will find a drinking water filter.

We want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:

• (1) Roll of paper towel in the kitchen.

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

The house has a baby High Chair (at no additional cost)

*Bbq Grill: It has a cost of $43 for the entire stay

The Bbq grill works with gas and propane, utensils and cleaning are included.

*Pool Heating: It has a cost of $39 per day

The pool may take up to 24 hours to heat up, so it must be requested in advance, it can be requested for a minimum of 2 consecutive days and the pool temperature rises up to 95 degrees.
