The Space:

This cozy house offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. Located in the Paradise Palms Resort condominium, it features an excellent clubhouse with a large resort-style pool, ideal for family fun.



This lovely house features five bedrooms to suit everyone's comfort. The main suite offers a cozy King bed with a private bathroom, perfect for relaxing. There's also a charming room with a Queen bed and its own private bathroom, providing additional privacy. Two more inviting rooms include a Queen bed and a fun Mickey Mouse themed room with two Twin beds, sharing a bathroom, ideal for families or friends. Additionally, there's a magical Harry Potter themed room with two Twin beds sharing a bathroom, making it a wonderful space for fans to enjoy.



The townhouse is conveniently close to several attractions: just 9 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 30 minutes from Universal.



Please note that there is an additional fee for pool heating, and you must inform us 48 hours in advance if you would like to add it.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ grill (fee applies). Enjoy the comfort of the air-conditioned rooms, the garden, and the convenient amenities. You're also welcome to use the resort facilities, including the large resort-style pool at the clubhouse. Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee, with 48 hours' notice required.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the charm of the Kissimmee neighborhood surrounding your vacation home! This area is designed for convenience, with close proximity to world-class attractions. Spend a day at Walt Disney World, just a 20-minute drive, or explore other theme parks and entertainment options nearby. Dining choices abound, catering to all tastes and budgets. For everyday needs, a Walmart is a quick 9-minute trip. The neighborhood also offers easy access to major highways, connecting you to Universal Studios (about 30 minutes away) and the Premium Outlets (about 25 minutes away). Enjoy the benefits of staying at Paradise Palms Resort, with amenities including a large resort-style pool.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient options. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Major attractions like Walt Disney World are just a 20-minute drive, and Universal Studios is about 30 minutes away. Consider ride-sharing services for quick trips to nearby restaurants and shops. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so plan accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5 pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to *24 to 48 hours to fully heat* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating *at least 48 hours prior* to arrival.

The pool is heated to *86°F*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



*Important Notes:*

• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
