Enjoy great ocean views and cool ocean breezes from your private balcony in this oceanfront Sea Side Complex. This beautifully decorated first floor villa is designated non-smoking for your comfort. Popular South Forest Beach is within walking distance and offers Water Fun Park, Coligny Plaza, and various restaurants/nightclubs.

The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with HDTV and adjoining bath. Enjoy the ocean view from the charming living/dining area with its comfortable Queen sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD. The functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Two built in bunk beds are ideal for young children.

This Sea Side complex features an oceanfront sundeck & swing, two pools, washer and dryer on each floor, elevator access and covered parking with security. Beautiful location and responsive host

So thankful for the week at HHI. Christy not only let is rebook when a hurricane hit last year, she was responsive and helpful during our stay. Her place is immaculate, well stocked, and ocean views. We stay at Seaside Villas often, and this unit is an A. Thank you!

No Regrets

Was this place on the small side? Yes. Was it properly stocked with necessities and clean as a whistle? YES! For 3 adults and 1 child, it was a cozy space that was in walking distance of practically everything you need. Especially the beach! (Which was very lovely in itself). Only warning I have is that the bunks are built more for small kids. As for the complex, it too was kept really clean and the noise level on our end was very minimal. My family had a wonderful time here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Perfect for two. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved our long walks on the beach. Close to many bike and walking trails. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the view!

This condo was the 1st back from direct ocean front and the view was amazing! We simply loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean! Also, very nice place for the value!

Great Family Experience

Enjoyed our stay. Great family experience. The location was great. Check in/out very easy. Relatively clean and well maintained. Has a very nice view. The air conditioner is quiet and cooled unit nicely. Easy access to beach. Pools in condo compelx get nice shade in afternoon.

Really had a good time and truly enjoyed the property and location. Biking or walking distance from everything you need. Access to bikes is truly an awesome perk. David provides you with enough info that you can't possibly have a bad time exploring. Definitely will be back!

Great condo near the beach

The location and condo are perfect, right near the beach. The condo just changed ownership hands and the new owners are incredibly responsive and helpful with questions. The condo itself is open, clean and cozy. Had friends in other units and all commented how nice this one was compared to theirs! Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving by the beach

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. A step-stool for the vertically challenged would a great addition! The bedroom does get a bit stuffy due to limited air circulation, but the fans helped. We got great weather and made the most of being just 10 feet away from the beach. Would definitely return!

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway! Loved that they had chairs and an umbrella and Netflix for when it decided to rain. I only wish there was more explicit and detailed instruction on where the bikes were. We didn’t find them until the last day. But there’s lots of good restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly near by. Can’t wait to stay there again

This is a great HH stay!

Perfect location, very clean and we'll cared for condo. The view was nice and steps from the ocean. The bikes provided were great and we rode to dinner every night. Close to so much! We were supplied with beach chairs and big beach umbrella which was a life saver. The whole complex is very nice and a great place to stay. The owner is one of the best we ever dealt with. He provided very detailed information about entering exiting, check in, check out complete with restaurant and tour suggestions. Never had such well laid out rental information.

Had a great time!

This condo was great. View from the balcony/couch is worth it by itself! Condo is just up the first small flight of stairs(there is an elevator on the other end if needed). The extra towels that were provided were much appreciated as we have stayed other places (with different owners) in sea side villas and those only provided 2. Plenty of kitchen amenities, furniture/bed was comfortable, and everything was clean upon arrival! The bikes that were provided with this condo were an added bonus and we took them out and enjoyed them! David was an excellent host from start to finish. He called us prior to our trip and let us know some last min details, and he also provided very detailed instructions about the condo as well as a list of places he recommended to check out! We would book with him again without hesitation and plan to do so! I do have one suggestion for anyone booking in the future: BRING QUARTERS! Lol. Obviously the laundry machines take quarters down the hall but it's really hard to find them if you do not bank in s.c. and don't try to hit up a change machine at a laundromat(or car wash facility lol) to bring back with you because we stopped at 3 and they aren't working! National coin shortage perhaps? Lol. So just be sure to bring some with you and you should be all set!:) Condo is also within walking distance to Coligny which has many shops and restaurants. Shower pressure/hot water was great-things like that matter in my husband's book lol. Had a great time with zero complications and look forward to returning!:)

Always a Pleasure

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It’s one of our favorite units at Sea Side Villas. The unit is one back from the front. Each morning I would enjoy the ocean view while I drank my coffee. We walked to Coligny a few times during our stay. It’s an easy 1/2 mile walk. I had a couple questions for the owner and she was always quick to respond.

Very nice, nice view, small but sufficient.

Condos are older, but well kept and maintained. Bedroom was small, mattress was nice and comfortable. Everything was there except washer and dryer. Nice having chairs and umbrella along with older bikes, saved a little money.

We loved our little condo, everything was neat, clean and comfy. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. This is our third year staying at seaside villas. We always enjoy our stay! I never want to leave. One day I would love to move to the beach, this is my happy place.
