AS PREMIER honest, owner HOSTS, we offer our OCEAN VIEW location! It is the great getaway location that you, your family, and friends will love! This condo offers you a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, and you are just steps away from the best beach and the largest beachside pool on Hilton Head Island!
This condo was recently updated, fresh, and comfy, able to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 1 queen bed, a queen pull-location! 2 kids' bunk beds, and a full, well-equipped kitchen with Keurig and dishwasher. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, wireless, and 2 new ROKU TVs for your enjoyment. For your convenience, if needed or desired, a handy ramp, no steps, and elevator is nearby.

This beachside community offers PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, 3 pools(large family, baby, and adult only), an outdoor poolside bar and restaurant, and also an indoor restaurant. The community offers an indoor workout facility, tennis/pickleball courts, and bike rentals.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with an easy walk to the Beach and convenient access to everything we needed. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We appreciated how peaceful the area was while still being close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great trip staying here. The beach access was wonderful and the pool was a great option as well. The communication was terrific always quick to reply. The grounds were beautifully kept and there are plenty of activities for all!! I would definitely stay again.

We had a partial view of the ocean which was great. The pool closes extremely early…8:30, but of course there is nothing better than the ocean. The host was extremely quick to respond about an issue with the balcony door not locking. The condo was a great size for 2 people. There is a pull out couch for an additional two and two beds for kids that were cut out in the wall. I really loved the boardwalk to the ocean. Plenty of parking! I would stay here again without hesitation.

We absolutely love having guests appreciate our nice view of the ocean as shown in our pictures from our spacious condo and the convenience of being just steps from the beach, pool, and poolside restaurant. We are grateful great guests can enjoy the pool and beach all day and peaceful sunset evenings from the beach after 830 as well. Over 90% of condos do not have ocean views and many are listed at a higher cost. Happy Summer!

Walking in to this unit we felt the beachy vibe and comforts of home. It is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating in. The owner provided a binder with helpful information about the resort and their Hilton Head Island recommendations. The owner is very responsive when messaging. The location is perfect, with a view of the ocean that is just a short walk down the boardwalk away. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back again.

This was a good property for what we were looking for - a quick, easy to get to condo with beach access. It was clean and seemed updated as compared to some of the other properties in the area. There is not a great view of the ocean from this property, but I don't feel like it detracts from the experience. The biggest issue that I had with this particular condo was that the main bed was not very comfortable and it was very hard to sleep with the light coming in from the hallway, even with the curtains closed. All and all, would stay here again!

We are honest, owner hosts - and short stay PREMIER HOSTS as rated by our guests. We have been visiting Hilton Head Island for over 30 years even though we called the Midwest USA home. After many years of traveling to Hilton Head, we've chosen to make Hilton Head Island home a purchased this condo. In our opinion, this condo community, along with its superb location and offerings, is the absolute best spot on the entire island!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We chose to own here because we love Folly Field Beach, fun, sun, and amenities. The beach sand is pristine and walkable and bikeable. The huge beachside pool is the largest and most beautiful on the island. The community offers a poolside restaurant, often with live music and an indoor sports bar restaurant as well. If you do decide to venture elsewhere on the island, it is convenient to many things to do with restaurants and shopping close by. We simply love it here!

And to top it off, you can walk to the pool and beach easily and quickly as we are just a few steps away from the pool, beach, restaurant, bar, and ocean.
