Dieses geräumige, komfortable Stadthaus mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer. und Bad rm. im ersten Stock. Zweiter Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Vollbad. Sie sind nur über Waldstrand Dr. vom Strand entfernt. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie 5-Sterne-Restaurants, darunter das bekannte Tiki Hut mit Live-Musik und Beachvolleyball. Wir freuen uns sehr über die Fertigstellung des Low Country Parks, der eine große Wiese für Festivals, Konzerte, Versammlungen und ein Sandkasten-Kindermuseum umfassen wird. Auch Wanderwege, Promenaden und Übungsstationen.

Great condo.

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Unit is on the backside of the building so the walk was a little longer than expected but still okay. Very nice having a numbered spot to park in. Close to Coligny Plaza. Highly recommend this condo!!

Cozy and comfortable

This condo is comfortable and provides all you need to spend a day at the beach. We all enjoyed the sparkling clean pool on hot afternoons. The condo is comfy with plenty of space for 6. We all enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at a beach condo in Coligny Beach, Hilton Head, and had a nice experience. The accommodations were clean, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Best Vacation Ever

The townhouse was better than anticipated. Very spacious & lots of extras. The title Location Location Location did not disappoint either. We were just a short bike ride or walk to the beach & Coligny Plaza. It truly was perfect. I would highly recommend this townhouse. I hope to stay again soon.

Best ever!!!

Met up with a friend that moved out of state, we’ve never been to Hilton Head and totally fell in love with the town and unbeknownst to us, picked the perfect VRBO!! Comfortable, clean and so close to beach and plaza. Long walks in neighborhood and along the beach. I highly recommend this place, location and price can’t be beat!

Great place for a fun family vacation

Beautiful rental in the perfect location

My family loved our stay here! The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. The location is an easy walk to the beach, Coligny Circle and the Lowcountry Celebration Park! The owner was quick to respond to questions and great to work with.

It was a great place to stay for a beach trip. You are just a short walk from the beach (about 10 mins) and about 10 minutes to Colingy plaza. The pool was nice as well. The complex having guest parking was a bonus.

Perfect for us

Probably the best stocked rental I've ever had. Everything from the well supplied kitchen to beach towels & chairs. Short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, nice pool, and close to the shops & restaurants at Coligny. Can't wait to go back!

Great location, great host and condo

Came down to HH for 6 days and wanted a place just off the beach but close enough to walk. This is the place. Price was more than reasonable, 5 min walk the beach and to Coligny Park. Condo has it all and more. Joseph the host was East to get a hold of and answered my questions quickly Would stay there again in a heart beat. Great trip

Great location

This was perfect for our family. Walked to to beach ,across the street. Hit the pool on the way back to the house. Then an easy 5 min walk to the center of Hilton head. Also interacting with property owner was great.
