This is an all-suite resort featuring an amazing kids water park-splash pad, a lazy river, outdoor pool, kids pool, a hot tub, an adults-only relaxation zone, grills and picnic area, beach access with beach concierge, Tiki-bar with menu and drinks, fitness center, small grocery/sundries store, and free shuttle to/from the Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier-located just 1 mile down the road.
Condo sleeps 4 people. Suite features a King bed in the master bedroom with private bath & walk-in shower.
2 Twin beds in the second bedroom with bathroom access from bedroom and hallway.
A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and bar stools at kitchen counter, a living room with queen sofa sleeper. TV's in both bedrooms and in the Living room.
Enjoy complimentary beach volleyball, beach toys, and beach concierge can provide beach chairs & umbrellas (small fee rental applied to umbrella and chairs), towels, sunscreen, lip balm and coolers with ice, all free of charge! Also available is a business center, game room, coin operated laundry facilities. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just a short 5-minute walk. Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center nearby. Plan a visit during a launch and see it go off over our beach. 1 dog up to 60 pounds considered with $160 non-refundable fee and a $150 refundable security deposit.
