OR, lounge outside in the 40-foot saltwater pool in the lush, fenced backyard. The MCM fabulous Retro Chic 3BR, 2BA home is your quintessential beach-side home. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, Indian Harbour Beach offers guests a haven from the more tourist-heavy areas, but within driving distance of all the Space Coast has to offer.



The Space:

The home is a blend of mid-century modern décor with a funky beach vibe, creating a relaxing retreat for guests. We provide many amenities to allow for maximum fun and minimum packing. The layout of the home and extra amenities are as follows:

- Living area: The open floor plan creates an easy flow between the common areas of the house. The living room with entertainment center is the perfect location to plan the day’s activities or unwind after a day spent exploring. We offer high speed internet, large Smart TV with cable so you can stay connected and keep up on your favorite shows. We also provide board games, books and movies. Bed and bath linens and pool toys are well stocked as well as bicycles, games, books and movies.

- Master: The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom offers guests the luxury of a hotel with the comfort of home. The queen bed with high quality mattress and plush linens will guarantee a good night’s rest. The walk-in glass shower gives a spa like experience.

- Bedrooms: The second of three bedrooms features a queen size bed with all needed linens. The third bedroom is set up as a home office with a twin trundle bed (sleeps 2).

- Kitchen/dining area: Kitchen is equipped with Samsung gas range, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There's also a wine cooler to keep your beverages the perfect temperature. The fully updated and well-stocked kitchen provides guest with all needed appliances and utensils to prepare a home cooked meal or snack. The dining area seats six along with additional bar seating.

- Outside/patio: Guest have full access to 40-foot private saltwater pool within a fenced backyard with plenty of space for hanging out by the pool. Start your morning with a rejuvenating dip in the pool or spend the day lounging in the sun under the shade of the surrounding foliage. We provide guests with pool toys, beach towels and other beach accessories.

- Other amenities: The local beach is moments away from the home. To assist with travel to the beach we have bicycles readily available for your use at any time.

This beach house is the perfect oasis, with all your essential needs accounted for. We are here to help in any way we can to make your stay all that you expect and more.

$125 per pet fee applies to any approved pet up to 50lbs.

Guest Access:

Guest have full access to the entire home and private pool area and garage. Beth & Kyle live nearby.

You can walk or bike to a couple of nearby parks, or we're less than a mile to the beach. Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

We have cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

- Pet fee of $125.00, pets must be pre-approved: 1 dog allowed up to 45 lbs.

PETS: We are pet-friendly, but ask that guests please tell us ahead of time!

★ Pet Policy: One dog up to 50 lbs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $125 and MUST be disclosed upon booking so we can send a request for the fee. There isn't a fee for certified service animals but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one and send an image of paperwork.





Liability Waiver:

You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the pool and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming presents to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
