Please be advised that this unit is located in a building scheduled for upcoming maintenance and exterior work from May 2026 through December 2027. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we want to ensure full transparency regarding the following possibilities during your stay:

Atmosphere: There may be construction-related noise during standard business hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Amenities: There is a possibility that balcony access may be temporarily restricted and views may be partially obstructed by scaffolding or safety netting.

Current Status: These schedules are subject to change by building management; while these disturbances are possible, they may not occur during the entirety of your stay.

Rental Policy: We have adjusted our current rates to account for these potential inconveniences. Because this information is being disclosed upfront, no further discounts, rent credits, or refunds will be issued due to construction-related disturbances.
