The Chateau by the Sea is a really nice place to stay! They take very good care of this property! They have nice plants, it’s clean and the pool is warm. It’s steps off the beach and right next to the Cocoa Beach pier. You don’t need a vehicle. Everything is walking distance! There aren’t hidden parking fees and this VRBO has everything from plates to a coffee maker to beach chairs. The blowup bed for the living room blows up by being plugged in within a couple minutes. This is a really nice place and I hope to come back!

Gorgeous Unit

Fantastic stay at this property! The unit was well-kept and had everything we needed during our stay, including beach chairs and boogie boards. The best parts are the location, direct access to beach and rooftop, and keyless entry to the unit. Would come back again!

Fantastic place to stay!!

The condo was very nice for our stay in Cocoa Beach. It was well stocked with the basic necessities for the bathroom and kitchen. The entire property was very clean. The property management was very easy to work with and very responsive. We extended our vacation by one day to try and catch a launch at KSC and they were able to accommodate our stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This was our 3rd time booking with Stay in Cocoa Beach and once again they did not disappoint. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the pier. The pool was comfortably warm and everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. The beach is perfect and very well kept. Our family cannot wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at this unit. The ease of checking in was great. Visit NASA if you stay in Cocoa Beach, it’s very close to the condo. We were able to see 2 different launches too from the condo rooftop and the beach. We will definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful experience here. The condo was as advertised, and very clean. The location was awesome - right on the beach and near the pier. Rooftop patio and heated pool were well used by us! Perfect little getaway for us and our pup

We throughly enjoyed this place and it’s proximity to the beach. Lots of food within walking distance. Great place overall. I can say the beds are tough to get used to but we made the best of it - knowing this in advance, we brought some comfort items. If you’re flying in, I suggest buying a mattress topper and some nice pillows. We will be back! Thank you

Perfect All Around

Even with a few days of inclement weather, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the unit itself was as described and super clean. The pool and shuffle board areas were meticulous and beach was amazing to have right outside the gate. The property team even hosted an Easter egg hunt for those staying with children. I would highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that the King bed was very comfortable. I was worried because I’d read some reviews that said the bed was hard/uncomfortable. I believe they added a mattress topper because it was heavenly. I can’t speak about the other two twin beds. We didn’t sleep on those. The condo has a good layout and is as described in the listing.My entire stay was wonderful. Excellent location, right next to the Cocoa beach pier. Not sure I’d personally like being right at the pier during high season. It’s one of the most crowded beach spots. Off season, it’s perfection. Everything is nearby- Publix, shopping, night life, ect. The rooftop balcony is cool and there is also cute sitting/garden areas. The pool was perfectly heated. Communication was excellent. Zareh was very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. I stay in the cocoa beach area several times a month and look forward to booking here again!

Treated like a queen at the Château by the sea in Cocoa Beach Florida exclamation

The two bedroom two bath condo was truly remodeled very recently. Brand new appliances in the kitchen, wonderful showers and tub three TVs and someone help me learn how to find the channels. The elevators were fast quiet and high-quality. The grounds were well-maintained. The pool looked brand new. Great place on the beach and Near the pier. The property manager always answered the phone, gave prompt service and met my requests.

Very Nice Property

We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and this property is in a nice location. The unit is nice and clean and property manager was easy to communicate with. The only thing I would improve would be the bed. The mattress and pillows are not very comfortable. But admittedly, this is an area I am pretty particular about. So if your not as fussy about the bed as I am, maybe you wouldn’t have the same opinion. :)) Overall the property is very nice.

Great location, overall a nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay however we had Trouble sleeping. The rooms all had vertical blinds but no curtains so it was difficult to get the condo dark enough. Also the beds were very firm, which we prefer a bit softer. Lastly, the couch had nothing wrong with it but wasn't a great couch to lounge after a long beach day. Others may not have any issues with these items, but we're not ideal for us specifically. All in all though the condo was in great shape and well maintained and clean. The complex was also very well maintained and we would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful cono with great location.

Condo was beautiful and located on beach. Exterior building is dated but everything was new in condo. We had almost everything we needed. No sheet or blankets for pull out bed. Property manager is slow to respond. Hose from washer was not properly fitted and hose came loose. We were able to clean up water but did not hear from manager right away. We enjoyed space center and kayaking near by. Saw a rocket launch, manatee and biolunmineces. Really cool experiences! Would recommend Avon by the Sea. Disappointed that VRBO service fee was not included as part of rental.
