Guests have private access to the entire two bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces in a tandem configuration. The condo complex has shared access to two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, the beach, and parking garage.
The condo is walking distance just 5 minutes away from the Del Mar Race Track, so it's the perfect spot for someone who wants to experience the Surf and the Turf! Solana Beach is a quiet beautiful coastal town with excellent dining and shopping options and a Sunday farmers' market - all within a few minute's drive of the condo (some are walkable!). Check out the Cedros Design District and Fletcher's Cove. You can also enjoy an easy day trip to San Diego or the Zoo, which is just 20 miles away, Sea World is 18 miles away, and Legoland is 15 miles away. The train station is walking distance, less than a mile away!
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. Please note the condo like adjacent condos along the bluff has spotty cellular service and WiFi calling is recommended when within the unit. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. Family vacation
This condo is absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The grounds in the area are beautiful and well taken care of. Having 2 parking spaces was great in an area that can be hard to find parking! We had a view of the ocean and just a short walk from the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Great home & location
We spent Thanksgiving with our family here. Location is great and the home has been updated nicely. Only things that I would have liked to see is somewhere to put our clothes, hang towels in the bathroom and another couch would have been nice. But, that would not stop us from staying here again.

Great condo, beautiful location
This was our second time staying at a similar area of Solana beach, and this is the best so far. This condo seemed newly renovated, well maintained, and clean. The overall property was quite nice as well with a heated pool, hot tub, and other nice features.
Communication was great between us and the property management. They were very attentive and helpful.
Doesn’t hurt that the view is amazing.

I think the owners have done a wonderful job with updating and furnishing the condo. And it was very comfortable Most of the problem were accessibility for my husband who uses a walker and has difficulties with stairs. There really wasn’t a convenient way to access the condo without using stairs. The management company seemed like they were using AI to answer some of my messages and they didn’t make sense. The keys left did not open the gate to the main pool and when I asked them about that they didn’t clarify why. There was no map of the complex left in the room which would have been helpful. They ask you to take out the trash when you leave but don’t tell you where to take it. When I messaged they said take it to the garage which was a distance away so I refused to lug it all the way there. Upon checkout you need the garage clicker to open the gates. But then you have to park on the street and run back to the condo to leave the clicker there before locking up. There were a few items that would have been nice to find: some kitchen scissors, a set of measuring spoons and some towel hooks in the main bathroom. Also a bedside reading lamp in the room with the twin beds would have been nice. These are just minor things. Overall the condo was very nice. The problems were with the management company.

We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our guest communications are handled by a local, human management team—not AI. We understand that some responses may not have been as clear as expected, and we will continue working to improve clarity and responsiveness.
Regarding the pool access, we have since rechecked the gate key and confirmed it is fully operational. Trash disposal instructions, including the location of the trash cans in the parking garage, are outlined in the house manual and also provided in our pre-arrival and in-stay messages. We regret if this information was overlooked or felt inconvenient during your stay.

Immaculate and Beautifully Appointed
My husband and I and two of our teenaged kids spent a fantastic week here. Newly remodeled and well appointed. Given the unusually cold and rainy California weather we had we were even more grateful for the cleanliness and comfort of this cozy condo. Great to go for walks in the wind and rain and then retreat inside to read and look at the ocean. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the beach toys much, but were grateful for the chairs our first day!
The host was excellent, checking in with us our first day and promptly delivering a hairdryer (which was advertised in the listing but not present) and some nice knives for cooking! Above and beyond and very responsive which we appreciated. All linens were very nice including the beach towels.
Our only suggestions: blackout curtain or shutters for nighttime for the main bedroom (the walkway lights were very bright and made it hard to sleep), and some baking sheets would complete the well stocked kitchen!
