Beautiful place to stay with adequate space and anything you may need. The washing machine stopped working on our first use and while it was inconvenient for sure, the realty company made it right and fixed the issue as soon as possible. Great location in a quiet area!

Even a state park pass. It felt like home the minute we walked in. I can’t wait to stay here again! Oh, and the communication with Stubbs was top notch. Could not have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time. The location was wonderful, the house was moderately clean- we stayed for 3 weeks and it got dirty quick and didn’t have enough cleaning items in house to keep it clean and tidy. It was an extremely convenient location to all things San Diego and north county related. Our only issue was how bad the mosquitos were. We couldn’t go outside or to the park in neighborhood without getting attacked by swarms of mosquitos. Probably because it was near lagoon. Several neighbors said this was the worst they’d ever experienced. Couldn’t go on patios either bc of same issue. If we left doors open for any minutes, we’d get eaten alive indoors while sleeping. It was really a problem. Walking from Torrey pines beach to house was the worst regarding to mosquitos. (Obviously, this is not the owners issue), Just wanted to pass along the neighborhood should spray during bad months. Other than that, had no other issues! Thank you so much!

We loved how updated and clean the condo was and the location is so peaceful! Having a garage was nice too with lots of beach gear (we used the 4 beach chairs and boogie boards daily)! The unit is walking distance to the nice heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed sunsets from our balcony and walked to the beach a few nights. Would definitely recommend!
