Willkommen in Ihrem Juwel am Meer. Solana Beach ist die Heimat des Cedros Design District, Fletcher's Cove und unglaublichen Restaurants und Nachtleben, alle nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von dieser Wohnung entfernt.

Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer 2. 5 Bad am Meer wurde komplett zur Perfektion umgebaut. Die Küche ist der Traum eines Kochs, ohne dass Details verschont bleiben. Platz für alle am Seeblick 6-Personen-Tisch, 4-Personen-Hochtisch und 4 weitere Hocker auf der Kücheninsel. An der Wand montierter Flachbildfernseher über dem Kamin und WLAN für alle, die auf eine weltweite Verbindung hoffen. Dieses tolle Zimmer bietet einen unglaublichen und unverbauten Meerblick.


Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche. Diese Suite verfügt auch über einen an der Wand montierten Flachbild-TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Hauptbadezimmer mit Waschbecken.


Das zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten, die ebenfalls mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche ausgestattet sind.


Ihre tadellos entworfene Ferienmiete hat einen vollen Wäschereiraum, einen BBQ u. Einen Sitzenbereich auf der Ozeanfrontpatio und Gebrauch der Verdecksurfbretter, der Boogiebretter und der Strandstühle. Dieser ruhige Komplex bietet auch Parkplätze für zwei Autos in der überdachten Garage, Zugang zu Pools, Whirlpools, Tennisplätzen und Wegen mit Blick auf das Meer und die Koiteiche. Diese Eigenschaft hat keine AC.


Wenn Sie die Gegend für die Del Mar Fair, die weltberühmte Del Mar Race Track besuchen oder einfach nur die sonnigen Strände von San Diego genießen möchten, ist dies die Luxuswohnung für Sie! Willkommen zuhause!

Bitte beachten Sie: Wir bitten um ruhige Stunden von 21 bis 9 Uhr. In diesem Haus dürfen zu keinem Zeitpunkt mehr als 5 Personen vor Ort sein, einschließlich der Besucher. Bitte keine Partys, Versammlungen oder Haustiere. Alle Eigentumswohnungen in S Sierra verfügen über einen fleckigen Mobiltelefonservice. Wir haben zwar einen Booster vor Ort, aber selbst dieser meldet gelegentlich Unregelmäßigkeiten. Great condo by the beach

The unit was really nice inside and had everything we needed. Location was great, just a short walk to town and the beach. Parking was also convenient with two garage spaces included.

This is simply the nicest Seascape Sur property that we’ve stayed in over 20 years. High end finishes throughout. Spectacular ocean views, great air circulation and serenely quiet - except for the 24hrs/day surf.

Fantastic location and property, just steps from bucket list views and sunsets. Great location, more quiet and low key but super convenient to nearby beach towns and the 405 is upbthe street and a short ride down to LaJolla and up to Carlsbad. Will definitely return.

Relaxing Solana Vibes

Enjoyed this Seascape cliffside property stay and waking up to the sound of non stop rolling waves every day. This condo was one of our favorite rentals during our month long family visit to S.D. Well appointed, spacious layout and spectacular sun set views. Kitchen cookware/utensils need to be improved upon.

Great location in Solana Beach

This property was perfect for our family of five. The condo is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. I would recommend they swap out the glass table in front of the couch as it’s a bit dangerous Being so low and not seated properly. Kimberly and her team were very easy to deal with. We did have an issue with the washing machine but they responded to that as quickly as possible. We would definitely consider renting here again!

Good Family Stay

We spent a week at the property over new years. The check-in process was a little rough (multiple phone calls days leading up to check-in, having to walk to back unit to get the gate opener to drive car in, and lug everything from garage to unit.) Everything else was ok. I would not recommend this place if you're needing to put a small child in the entry bedroom. It wasn't ideal to have a kid in that room with that being the main door. Location was great - right on the beach close to our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Getting food delivered (which is a staple for us on trips) was difficult - explaining the access to the complex and then finding the unit.

Beautiful stay. The place was super clean and nice. The complex itself was a little worn looking. The landscaping was beautiful but the buildings need refreshing and there were webs with big spiders you could walk right into. Hot tub was ok half of the jets were not working but enough for the 2 of us. Steps up out of the parking and down to the condo. Let access to parking and the pool was inconvenient. I felt like a janitor with the 2 complex keys plus the parking remote and the car key. Codes for the condo itself and the beach which was great. Some pans that need to be thrown out. More silverware needed for a family. Fine for us two. Over 100 steps to the beach something to note. Plenty of beach equipment available. No AC I somehow overlooked but the condo was always comfortable and there were plenty of fans. The pillows you sleep on are flat and worn. Beds were comfortable. My mom had trouble with the coffee pots, there were 3 but none were working properly. Not a big deal though. We loved our stay and would totally come back.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful place.

We have stayed in Solana Beach for years and rented many condos in the area. This condo is one of the most beautiful rentals with a view that is spectacular. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is for honestly some simple things. #1 - if you are an AT&T customer you will have no service in the condo. This is something I believe should be made aware to potential renters as it could be a deal breaker. Both my husband and I are expected to be available to our employment, lack of service made that challenging. The more critical impact is that I have a parent with dementia and when she is unable to get in touch with me becomes very distraught. I understand some of this is out of the control of the landlord, I just would have preferred to have known and it truly have been my decision on whether or not I stayed there. The second issue was that the code to get into the community was incorrect and one of the remote did not work. We were stuck outside at one point and had to wait for our son to return and let us in. To the credit of the property management company, Jessica responded very quickly and resolved the issue. A minor challenge was the refrigerator, the doors don’t open fully which again created a challenge for using the refrigerator. These items are very specific and easily solved. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again.

Hi Cheryl, Thank you kindly for your honest feedback. I'm sorry that you experienced these challenges during your stay. The HOA community manager has just started changing the gate code on a more regular basis so that was definitely a breakdown in communication on all parts, but regardless you should not have to feel the effects of that. We have since put in place a more secure way of communicating this to our guest as it is updated. The severity of the phione service issue is not something that we were aware of, but agreed this should and will be communicated to our guest who use the At&T provider. I know that the coastal bluffs do prevent great service on most beaches. This home is on the bluffs so I can see why this may effect it. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback and will certainly look into these issues and address all appropriately. We do hope that you consider staying at any one of our 40 coastal properties. Beautiful property with walking access to restaurants, shopping, yoga and pilates.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this beautiful condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. the condo had everything my husband and I and our two adult children with their partners needed to have a wonderful time. The property is beautifully landscaped, with two hot tubs, one heated pool (and one not heated), and tennis courts. Everything is maintained and we were in the hot tub every day--was always clean. The property is recently redone and the towels, sheets, dishes are all very nice. The management company came immediately when we had a fire alarm problem. They were very helpful. We hope to return and spend more time in this gorgeous area.

Even better than the pictures!

This condo is one of the best ones in the community and the community is as good as it gets: situated on a hill overlooking the beach, it has breathtaking view of the ocean and sunsets every day. The condo is professionally designed and has everything necessary for comfortable living. The kitchen is large and has every possible pot/pen/utensil you may need. The management is very responsive and caring. Overall we had an ideal vacation in a picture-like setting!

Spectacular location

My family and I loved every minute we spent in this gorgeous and well appointed home. We enjoyed the beach toys and boogie boards and the owners have stocked the beach closet with tons of chairs, an umbrella, surf boards etc. We loved the proximity to the ocean and listening to the waves crash on the shore day and night! My 2 and 5 yo loved the home as well and none of us wanted to leave! We would love to come back and enjoy another vacation here!

The rental was everything we could have asked for and more.

The location is great, the complex is quiet, and the property was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The team at VRBK was easy to work with and had great communication. The weather was unusually hot and humid, and while the condo has plenty of fans, it would have been really nice to have AC. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family!

Your Own Slice of Heaven in Solana Beach!

To say this condo is a gem seems mild once you have been there. The pictures are accurate, but they can not mimic the experience of being there. There was more than enough space for our family. From the floors to shower doors nothing was skipped in this modern beach escape. The bedding was plush and the amenities plentiful. But, nothing compares to the view we had of the ocean and beautiful sunsets we were able to see each day of our stay from the main room or just a handful of steps from the bluff overlooking the beach and ocean. It was only a short walk to the private entrance to the staircase leading down to the beach. The beaches are clean, soft, and serene. We were able to take long walks along each of the beaches, which each give you a little bit of something to enjoy. If shopping, food, or even music are your thing, there is plenty to do at nearby Cedros Design District, which is a short walk from the condo. Even a little closer than Cedros are restaurants, a coffee shop, and fast food if you just don't want to venture out. This condo is also very close to the private parking garage. We took a Honda Pilot and had plenty of room to park. (One caveat...if you are traveling with a stroller or an elder that has difficulty walking or climbing, there are a few steps to climb from the garage to the walkway that leads to the condo and again from off the walkway to leading down to your condo.) In short, this condo is like your own slice of heaven. You may never want to leave. We didn't!

Beautiful condo in Solana Beach!

My family of 4 stayed at this beautiful condo and absolutely loved it. The decor inside is amazing, very well done and updated! The complex is nice with very convenient parking and nice pools/hot tubs! Hearing the waves from the condo was awesome. The only negative thing about the complex is a lack of ramps which makes it very difficult if you have young kids and strollers. There are steps that you have to go down to get to the condo. Other than that, we loved our stay! The rental company was very easy to deal with as well.
