FEATURES OF YOUR PERSONAL RESORT:
Our large and luxurious three-story holiday residence and boating home is the perfect place where you and your loved ones can get away and unwind together. For those needing an alternative to stairs, we recently added an elevator to take you from the ground/pool level to the 2nd floor living level. We also have a private bocce ball court, bicycles, boat dock, beach equipment, outdoor grilling along with a beautiful outdoor pool and spa you can enjoy! In minutes, you can boat, kayak, or paddleboard to Big Pass or Sarasota Bay to enjoy the open water or one of many nearby sandbars.
The space
This is a spacious 3 story Key-West style home with wrap-around porch areas and has extended gathering areas/space for all! The home incorporates multiple sleeping areas with relaxing facets in and out along with pool, spa, bocce ball, ping pong, elevator and more.

We are alert to safety and security of our guests and provide 4 video cameras on the exterior of the home for those purposes. Camera 1 is located on the house and covers the driveway and street area. Camera 2 is located in the stairway leading from the pool deck up to the main living level and it covers the stairway. Camera 3 is located on the balcony deck just outside the kitchen doors and it covers just the balcony walkway. Camera 4 is also located on the balcony deck area in the corner just outside the Livingroom. It captures images of the balcony (overlooking a portion of the pool area) and steps leading up to the main entry doors where the video doorbell is located.

Guest access
The home and resort is all-access for our guests! Bring your boat or rent one as you also have a boat dock with direct access to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico!
