Other Things to Note

To help preserve the home's beautiful hardwood floors, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes while indoors. The natural limestone terraces stay cool underfoot—even on warm Florida days—making barefoot indoor-outdoor living part of the Casa Tropicana experience.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the main house, private heated saltwater pool and spa, pool cabana, outdoor kitchen, fitness area, and all outdoor living spaces.

Detached Garage Apartment

The property includes a private apartment above the detached garage with its own completely separate entrance. The apartment occupant does not have access to the main house, pool, spa, cabana, or guest amenities.

While the apartment is located on the property, we are committed to providing guests with a private and relaxing experience. You may occasionally see the occupant arriving or leaving through the separate side entrance, but guest areas are exclusively for your use, and your privacy is always respected. The only shared space is the laundry room near the outdoor kitchen, which may be accessed occasionally.

Pets

Approved dogs are welcome but must remain on the first floor to help protect the hardwood flooring. A dog gate is provided, and guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not access the second floor.

Kitchen Amenities

The gourmet kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, spices, condiments, cookware, and everyday cooking essentials. You'll also enjoy filtered hot and cold drinking water along with convenient charging stations featuring wireless charging, USB, USB-C, and standard outlets.

Spa Heating

During the cooler winter months, optional spa heating is available for **$40 per day** to help offset the additional energy required to maintain temperature.

Rental Agreement

A rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed by the booking guest prior to check-in.
