Ziehen Sie Ihr Boot bis zum Haus. Gehen Sie zum Dorf Siesta oder zum Strand. Möchten Sie zum Strand fahren und am Strand parken? Der Besitzer hat einen sicheren Platz für Sie direkt am Strand für ein Auto.
Bitte lesen Sie sorgfältig ... Wir suchen reife Kunden, Single-Familien, um unser Privathaus zu mieten. Wir suchen nicht mehrere Familien. Dies ist unser Winterhaus und wir suchen jedes Jahr nur ein paar Kunden. Wenn Ihre Gruppe größer als 6 oder ist, rufen Sie uns an, um zu diskutieren. Amazing property that was perfect for our family. The host was truly one of the best we have ever worked with and was able to answer any questions that we had. This property is spacious and was well equipped to suit all our family needs for the week. Access to a bathroom from the outside patio was a huge plus! Loved everything about staying here. Beautiful clean home with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool-took our SUP in the canal-fished from the backyard and relaxed in the comfort of the living area. Having the parking spot close to the beach was a lifesaver too. Location was great to walk to the restaurants and shops and the teens loved riding the provided bikes in town for açaí bowls and boba tea. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. It's so close to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, you can walk there.

Great time at home in Siesta Key

Girls trip for a week, 5 of us shared house & had plenty of room! Beautiful home inside & out! Walking distance to village. Parking spot at beach was ideal. Loved pool & jacuzzi! Perfect area to sit outside & relax. Owner Ron was easy to communicate with, responded to text quickly. Already planning trip back next year! It is by far the most perfect place to stay in Siesta Key!!

Home Away from Home

We traveled from the UK to this lovely home where we felt at home. Ron, the host is fantastic, always available if needed to answer a question. The home is super clean, spacious with a beautiful pool and view. We walked into the village and beach everyday. Lots of shops handy, restaurants too. We all highly recommend it. Cheers!

We had a great vacation in siesta key. The house was spotlessly, clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice home!

Ron is awesome! Made sure everything was in order and we had everything we needed. Great location. Love that we had a parking spot for public beach. House was nice and clean. Master bed and bath was modern and you looked out on the canal. Would definitely stay again.

Siesta Key Paradise Home!

We had the best stay. Ron was welcoming and very attentive to all our needs. (which weren't many as the house has really all you need). The home was perfect. Waking up to the sunrise over the canal every morning was breathtaking. The pool was a perfect refreshing way to cool off after a long day at the beach. And the parking spot he has reserved for you at the beach is AWESOME! Loved having a private place to park right next to the entrance. Lugging all the things to the beach is my least favorite thing to do and this parking spot eases that pain! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Perfect Siesta Key stay

Your home was the perfect place for our family gathering. Everything we needed was there. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out as needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the Village or beach. The beach parking spot was a great bonus. We loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Can’t think of anything to ask for. Fabulous Home and Location

We had a wonderful family trip to Siesta Key. We've been coming to Siesta for many years now, but this was our first time at Ron's house and it was outstanding. The space inside space is open and the views of canal are beautiful. The kids loved fishing right out back. We hosted our cousins for Thanksgiving and plenty of room (2 ovens!). The bedrooms are spacious and accommodate older folks too. We walked to get donuts every morning and ice cream every night. Ron was easy to communicate with and so responsive. Can't wait to go back!

After spending 16 years with Merrill Lynch as a Branch Manager I retired from Wall street and set out to open my own business. I returned to my native town of Springfield Mo and built a 500 unit student housing portfolio. After 16 years of running University Properties, I started moving assets to the NNN leasing market AND vacation rentals...specifically Siesta Key, FL. Its the best rental real estate you can do, as the clients are the best, and your providing a great product in a wonderful setting.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This property was boarded up when I found it into 2013. "Lost" off the books of a major bank in 2008, it was begging for restoration. I love rehab projects, and this home had great bones, but lots of neglect. As usual as most projects, it ran way over budget, but it was a lot of fun to bring it back to life. We are very pleased to offer it on a very selected basis when we are not occupying it.
