This was a great home for a family gathering/vacation. The space was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. A couple of minor issues were immediately addressed by the host. The proximity to the beaches is a huge plus.

We rent a different property every year at this time with 15 of us, kids and grandkids…This is by far the best property we have stayed at in years! Beautiful house… Spotless… Had everything we needed, comfortable 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms for a large family, beautiful, clean pool and hot tub, the list goes on and on, I cannot find one thing that wasn’t perfect in this house. If I could rate it the way I want I would give it 100 stars.Thank you for providing us a wonderful vacation!

The house was immaculately cleaned- even the beach equipment was clean- and well appointed, especially the kitchen. All the rooms are spacious and layout is very nice, with multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy at different times of the day. It is a very short walk to the beach and a reasonable walk to the restaurants at St Armands circle.

Could use a restroom on 1st Floor near pool - didn’t like that there were people in and out of house every day - dishwasher didn’t get stuff clean - iron didn’t work, leaked all over clothes, grill wasn’t cleaned prior to our visit, weren’t enough wash cloths or pool Towels!

All Oar Nothing is nothing short of amazing

Wow. This house is incredible. My family and another close friends family stayed at the home. The kids loved the water slide to no end and it was easy watching them from the lanai. The house was fully stocked and perfectly clean. Management team made check in easy and provided a great experience. Very close to the public beach but still had privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Great location and large rooms

House is within walking distance to the Mangroves and Kayaking. You can easily walk or drive to the circle for shopping and food. Wonderful pool and very spacious rooms. Only downside is a lot of construction near the house. Not their fault, but a heads up is always nice. It was difficult to sleep in for sure. Other that that it was a wonderful house with great space and communication.

50th birthday celebration!

our group of 10 came to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The house and location were amazing!! We had a great time hanging by the pool and relaxing.The house itself has a great layout, lot of room for everyone to move around. A few downsides: no pool level bathroom, kitchen wasn't greatly stocked for a large group. There are plenty of plates, silverware and cookware, but only had one small cookie sheet and pizza pan. It made it somewhat difficult to prepare a meal for 10 people.The dishwasher was a joke. For a house that big and new, the dishwasher is super tiny, and was not installed correctly. The door gets caught on the floor trim. You have to move the top shelf down to fit a regular glass, but then you can't fit a plate on the bottom. It was just a hot mess. Kept acting up, wasn't getting anything clean. The AC on the 2nd floor went out on us halfway through our stay there. The management company was amazing at helping rectify the situation quickly, even having someone come out at almost midnight to repair it. They were unable to repair but did bring in portable AC units, which ultimately didn't work that great and leaked, but they had their best effort, We do appreciate them working around the clock to try to help. The house was a steamy 81 degrees for a few days and made it uncomfortable for sleeping for those on the 2nd floor, some people moved upstairs finally. Overall we enjoyed our stay there, we would choose another property but likely not this same one

We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of space for 3 separate families and a great house for all our little kids! The slide was a hit and the pool set up was perfect for little kids. Laundry on both floors was nice and the kitchen had everything you need to cook meals, including a full rack of spices. 2 block walk to beach was very manageable especially with great beach wagon and beach chairs provided. We had a great time and will be rebooking at this property!
