This home has elegance, comfort, and fun all rolled into one perfect getaway for groups and families of all sizes. Tucked away in the heart of Tellico Village, it has all of the amenities anyone could ask for. Relax in front of the fire on the most comfortable, oversized sectional in the livingroom! Play for hours in the huge game room that has something for everyone! Reunions, weddings, golf excursions, family vacation, fishing trips, couple's retreats!
This home sits right on the golf course and is an absolutely amazing view. The master bath is equipped with not only a shower, but has a walk-in jetted tub! The game room has a kitchenette with 2 twin convertible chairs. Foisball, airhockey, basketball shootout game, Boss Toss, darts, upright arcade with over 100 games, and a classic pinball machine. Oh! Did I mention the grill has an airfryer?

This house was perfect for our entire family! The pictures are what you get! Lots of room. The kids loved the game room. Hot tub was great! The owner was easy to communicate with and so nice. Highly recommend this lovely home! We will definitely be back.

The home is located in a lovely area. It is also a very convenient location. We did encounter several housekeeping issues which should have been resolved prior to our arrival. These were several faucets which needed attention. The carpet in the living room was stained in several spots. And the porch room carpet was quite worn. But the home was well stocked and modern.

We loved everything about our stay. The downstairs game area was an added delight for our teenage grandchildren. The only question we had was regarding what the expectation was for our cleanup. We took the sheets off the beds, emptied the trash, cleaned out the fridge, put towels in the shower or bathtub, but weren't sure what the expectation was as we didn't have any prior communication about that. Beautiful getaway stay

It was an amazing stay the location was in a quite nice retirement community with a beautiful view of golfer golfing on the green in the early morning just mile from a beautiful Dam the property has plenty of space for my 10 other guests with plenty of activities to enjoy from video games to air hockey I really enjoyed my stay and will keep this rental in my for my next visit

The host was very nice, but not super responsive. While we were staying there it took at least 24 hours to get a response about a few issues we had. There were no trash bags in the house and the TV basically stopped working and she had no idea why. The other thing I thought was odd is there was no soap, shampoo in the bathrooms and no laundry detergent in the laundry area. Also, no ice maker and no ice in the freezer. Just things to be aware of. To be fair, the listing didn't include those items in the listing, (but I didn't check for that) but for the rate we paid, I certainly would expect those items to be there, like with EVERY other VRBO I've ever rented.So now that we have that out of the way, the house was in very good condition, very clean and it looks just like the pictures. It's in a very nice neighborhood and very quiet. The game room was also really fun! I would stay there again, but we now know to bring shampoo and shower gel.

Mark, I'm so sorry that i didn't reply to your first message immediately and you had a less that perfect experience. I appreciate your feedback as it helps me to make improvements. Unfortunately, there must have been an issue with the app because i didn't receive a message from you until 24 hours after you checked in which i responded 2.5 hours later. I'll be glad to share a screenshot of my thread so you know i would have acknowledged you had i received it earlier. My cell is visible on the app if you are unable to get a response in a timely manner. When you let me know about the trash bags, I gladly brought a roll to you. The icemaker is in the freezer and may have been turned off. As for the TV, they have become very complex over the years. When a tenant stays and changes the tv settings without my knowledge, I truly don't know why it doesn't work the way it is expected to.

The house is exactly like described in pictures! Perfect for a weekend getaway with couples or family! Super clean, comfy beds, nice pots & pans which made cooking easy along with a great grill! All our crew enjoyed chilling on the large comfy couch in living room to watch football on the nice big flatscreen tv after a long day of golf. The game room & hot tub was also a big hit. We would definitely stay here again!

Family place to gather and have lots of fun

My family came to witness and be a part of my wedding and I gave them this house to stay in a few nights during that time. They had a blast and enjoyed the extra room, hot tub, games, and each other. It was clean and WONDERFUL! I'd do it all over again for them!

We highly recommend this property. The house is quite large and every single room was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need. Spacious accommodations

Clean, comfortable, spacious and FUN house! There is something here for everyone: air hockey, darts, pinball, hot tub, full kitchen, plenty of room to spread out (bring your own spices if you plan to do a lot of cooking). The owner was very prompt in responding quickly to my inquiries. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. We love this neighborhood!

Family gathering

We had a fabulous time and the space was perfect for 4 adults and 5 — 20 somethings. We had space for everyone and enjoyed multiple meals, watching football games and time in your wonderful game room together etc. Enjoyed walking around the golf community. The back yard of this home is on the 9th hole! Spectacular views of the beautifully geoomed course. Even if you don't play golf, it is fun to watch active golfers look for their balls. Not to mention you never have to leave the home if you're looking to entertain everyone in the group. There is certainly something for everyone here!
