Beautiful lakeside stay

I use vrbo a lot and this home is absolutely one of the best stay. The house is lovely and very well kept. As nice as the house is, the view from the deck is spectacular. This is where we spent our time, watching eagle, herons, and I swear a baby bear. We will be back.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here by the lake. It is quite peaceful with a beautiful view. The house is very clean and I was quite pleasantly surprised by the number of pans and other kitchen items available for use. We would stay here again if we are visiting the area.

Weekend on the lake

This property was well maintained and clean. We came for a weekend stay and the owner was very responsive. The stairs down to the dock are a little steep but the view was very nice! Overall it was great and I would stay there again!

Mountain/Lake Retreat!

House was as described, clean and updated! The homeowner is very thoughtful with the amenities and conveniences in the home. We rented to attend a wedding and wish we would have extended our stay to enjoy the house and the lake with more time! One of our top VRBO stays!!

Wonderful

We stayed here for our sons wedding at White Stone Inn. The view of the lake was gorgeous!The house is beautiful! The layout is great, the beds comfortable and we were so impressed with the labeling on the cabinets making it easy to find everything! Host was kind and so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect base for family reunion

My family and I used this house as a base for our family reunion that was being held in Kingston. It is pretty far away from town and any shopping, but the view and space was worth it. Very clean, very comfortable.

Great Stay!

We loved the house and enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a wedding and were able to stay at this lovely home. The host is very attentive and will reply to any questions or request promptly. The river and dock is a great amenity but be advised, it is a little steep to get down and up. Plenty of toiletries and towels, and the home was beautifully decorated.

Clean and recently remodeled home on the lake

The house was fantastic, we would certainly stay there again. We took our boat and were pleasantly surprised how wide the river was and that you can get to Tellico lk and the other lake to the west pretty easily. Definitely plan ahead on the launch, Theres a small one nearby but it quite shallow. Wonderful home, it’s as it appears in pictures.

Great property!

The house itself was cozy and clean. It worked perfect for our party of five. The view of the water was beautiful. As for getting to the house, there are a many winding back roads and it's about a half hour to the nearest grocery store. Totally worth it, but something to keep in mind!

I only have positive things to say about this beautiful location!!! We came up here for my son’s college visit and decided to stay the night in this beautiful lake front location. I will 100% book again at this location. We love the morning sunrises and the night quiet sounds. If you are in this area you HAVE to rent out this location.

My husband and I are semi retired. We love traveling and seeing our grandchildren. Over the years we have enjoyed staying in various properties traveling both abroad and in the US. We had always dreamed of having a property on the water so in 2020 our journey with Killian's View began. After a 9 month renovation, we opened for short term rental. We love accommodating people from all over the world in our peaceful corner of Tennessee. And when we aren't hosting guests we enjoy staying at Killian's View ourselves. This way we can make sure our home is perfect for our guests.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We were drawn to this property for its incredible view. It sits above Watts Bar Lake on the main channel. While we do experience various water levels throughout the year it never obstructs our beautiful view. The home needed a complete remodel which we did mostly ourselves. We put in many of the touches and attention to details that we appreciated in other properties we visited. Our home is perfect for a couples getaway, personal retreats, a home base or spending time with your family and friends. Our huge deck has a picnic table, comfy furniture and a propane grill or cook in our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful views. When the water levels are high, generally March through November, you can fish, swim or boat off our lovely dock.

At Killian's View you will enjoy being close to nature. There are many deer on our peninsula and if you are lucky you may see one of the eagles flying around close to the deck. Yet, we are less than an hour away from many attractions dining and shopping.
