The house is very close to the Mariners and Padres Spring Training facility at the Peoria Sports Complex. I'm so glad you were able to have a great time on your trip! Go Mariners! Book soon for next year because we fill up really far in advance for spring training. :)

We want to provide some additional context for future guests. The home is accurately advertised as a three-bedroom home with a separate sleeping space in the loft and the listing clearly reflects the available sleeping arrangements. Regarding the sleeper sofa mattress, we sincerely apologize. Our cleaners were unaware that the sofa bed had been used before your stay, so they unfortunately missed the stain when preparing the home. As soon as you notified us, we immediately apologized, ordered a brand-new replacement mattress, issued a refund for the inconvenience, and even offered to move your family to another one of our nearby properties at no additional cost. We always act quickly to resolve unexpected issues whenever they arise. As for the cleaning charge, unfortunately a significant amount of sugary drink had seeped into the kitchen cabinetry and drawers, requiring additional deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover. We only assess additional cleaning fees for extra. We understand that every guest's experience is unique, and while we're disappointed that we were unable to earn a higher rating despite our efforts to make things right, we're proud that our many other reviews consistently reflect the level of care, responsiveness, and hospitality we provide.
