This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed with relaxation, connection, and play in mind—whether you're visiting for spring training, a family getaway, or just some Arizona sunshine. Thoughtfully renovated with a modern, open layout, the home feels bright and inviting from the moment you walk in. Vaulted ceilings, neutral tones, and curated decor create a casual, stylish vibe perfect for groups up to 8.

**Note: A pack-and-play (portable playard) is available for infants. It includes the manufacturer’s firm sleep pad only. For safety reasons, no additional mattress or bedding is provided; guests should bring any sheets or sleep items their child prefers.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds, and there's space to unpack and settle in.

Kitchen + Dining:
The kitchen has been fully remodeled with quartz countertops, a waterfall island, and new stainless steel appliances. Whether you're cooking breakfast or bringing in takeout from P83 or Westgate, you’ll have everything you need to keep meals easy. The dining table converts into a pool table or ping pong—because who says dinner can’t come with a side of fun?

Living Area:
Lounge on the comfy sectional and stream your favorites on the large Smart TV. Fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and board games are stocked for unplugged evenings.

Backyard Vibes:
The backyard is where Casa Calavar really shines.

• Private pool with a slide and waterfall. The pool is not heated, but the Valley of the Sun keeps the water plenty warm all day and night from April - October. While the water is a bit chillier during the other months of the year, the AZ sunshine is often warm enough to allow for a refreshing daytime dip before cozying up at the Fire Table for a relaxing evening on the patio. While the floaties in the photos aren’t provided anymore, guests are welcome to bring their favorites along to make the pool their own—just remember to use them safely and at your own risk.

Security & Neighborhood:
Courtesy For everyone's safety as well as insurance purposes, the property has three recording exterior cameras: a doorbell camera at the front door, one camera that monitors the driveway, and one backyard camera monitoring the patio and pool. These cameras are not actively monitored and are used strictly for guest and property protection—never for guest surveillance. There are no recording devices inside the home. A single, non-recording motion detector is located near the refrigerator as part of our home security system. This device does not capture audio or visual data—it only senses and logs motion events. We deeply value our guests' privacy. No parties or events allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 10pm–8am to respect our wonderful neighbors. Violating these rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
