Unser Haus liegt im Grün, Plüsch Bereich der Arrowhead Ranch in der Nähe von Glendale entfernt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Loop 101 und 75. Ave, ist es der perfekte Ort, um sich in der Stadt schnell. Seine hervorragenden Lage ist weniger als fünf Minuten von den Peoria Sports Complex (Training Center for Padres & Mariners) und Unterhaltung Reihe, die das Arrowhead Mall, Spa, Restaurants umfasst, und Kinos! Nur eine kurze Entfernung weiter ist sowohl der University of Phoenix Stadium (Heimat der Arizona Cardinals) und der Glendale Arena (Heimat der Phoenix Coyotes und Arizona Sting). Beide sind im Westgate, in dem auch viel aufregenden Nachtleben entfernt. Die schöne Arrowhead Ranch Gemeinschaft bietet reifen bunten Landschaftsbau, Seen, Golfblick und Parkanlagen. Es ist die perfekte Oase und ideal für Radtouren, Wandern, Joggen, usw.

Das wunderschön eingerichtete Haus hat 1 Master Suite w / Sitzbereich, 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, und eine Höhle mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa. Die Bettwäsche sind von guter Qualität und die Betten verfügen über hochwertige Komfortmatratzen. Es gibt auch eine Königin Matratze einzurichten, die im Wohnzimmer für zwei weitere Personen gestellt werden können. Dieses Haus ist komplett mit einem 50 "HDTV Flachbildfernseher, einen 46" HDTV Flachbildfernseher, einen 42 "HDTV Flachbildschirm-TV und Entertainment-Bereich mit 3 in 1 Auto Pool / Kartentisch. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher. Wir haben einen Bürobereich und W-LAN zur Verfügung gestellt! Die Küche ist komplett mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und allen notwendigen Geräten und Geschirr für komplette Mahlzeiten. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 12 für das Abendessen. Es ist ein 2. 5 PKW-Garage, Waschküche, privaten Innenhof mit blühenden Pflanzen und Bäumen, überdachte Terrasse, Grillplatz, und individuelle Tauchbecken mit Wasserfall. Nice Glendale home

Enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to lots of restaurants etc and the 101. Home is nice and very functional. Might suggest updates to master bathroom and addition of ceiling fan on the back porch. Property manager was extremely prompt to assist with a problem with garage door. I recommend this home.

Quiet

Neighborhood is quiet, nice pool. Owner addressed problems on timely basis. Close to hiking and golfing. However, we were appalled with the amount of dirt and dog hair in the bedroom carpets. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner available. Also had to wash the coverlets on the beds because of dog hair. Would not recommend this home for long term rental ( we rented 49 nights) . Basic necessities detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, etc provided would suffice for short term renters or not provided at all. This has not been our experience with prior long term VRBO rentals.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was true to the listing, and was very comfortable. Kim was very responsive when we had a question. The yard was great for our dogs, and the outdoor space was nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is great with green spaces and a park within walking distance. It's a quick drive to many restaurants, the mall, and all amenities.

Great stay and Great management

Owner of this home is very friendly and prompt in responding to any messages or concerns about the home. Myself, 6 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 dogs had a great time and plenty of space to spread out. We recommend this stay to anyone and have been very pleased!

Great family getaway home

My family came to stay for Christmas while visiting my daughter who lives in Arizona. The home is roomy and had plenty of space for us all. The owner was available very quickly and resolved any issues we had. We will definitely stay again!

I loved the property.2 of the bedroom smelled of urine and poop. the previous guests i assume had dogs and kept them in the 2 rooms in which my sister had dog allergies.It also would have been nice if a mattress top was applied everyone complained about the beds were hard and very uncomptable.my grand kids was over and the water was so cold in which thats what we do is our time together.but its my fault i did not let her know in time to adequate warm the pool.i really loved this place and will rent again.im sure all of the minor details imention will be corrected in the future.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home

Home was very clean and nicely appointed. Linens were quality and furniture was comfortable. Backyard and pool were both beautiful. Our visit was early September. Kitchen had everything we needed, we only cooked breakfast. Large enough for 6-8 adults comfortably. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house in the great location

This house is very roomy. The master bedroom is big and comfortable. Very well decorated. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Right off the freeway was very clean even though we didn’t get in the pool. It was very tempting. The next time we are in Glendale, we will try to book this house again. The check-in was super super easy .

AZ Getaway

We travel to AZ often and this property makes the top 5 list. We loved everything about the house. It was clean and fully stocked. We stayed a week and had a great time in the pool and playing the games provided. The layout was perfect to stay close together or spread out. Kim was accommodating and had great communication. Beautiful Home

This house is very spacious and well taken care of. The pool was fun and we were close to everything we could have needed. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is in the check in instructions we were given a strict quiet time after 9pm. At home I don’t even have a quiet time of 9.

Relaxing getaway

Relaxing, immaculate home away from home! Private, soothing waterfall and pool, just what was needed. Great neighborhood for our runs or walks (114 degrees, it was a walk!) Everything within three miles of this beautiful place! The host was welcoming and a pleasure to communicate with. Would certainly stay again upon our return.

Very clean and spacious

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and spacious with many amenities. Wish there was a larger fry pan for cooking and the water wasn't hooked up to the fridge so we had to buy water and ice. But check in and out was very easy and the neighborhood was really nice.

Perfect for our week of baseball!

We go to AZ several times a year for baseball. This was my favorite rental thus so far! --Neat, clean and organized. --very spacious --minutes from everything! (ie fields, shopping, restaurants, entertainment,... etc) --clear instructions from owner through out the house We would highly recommend!

Booked a short-term stay for a sporting event. Location, house, check-in/out process, and communication with host were excellent. House is nicely set up with everything we needed for the stay. It was very clean, comfortable and well located.
