Diese wunderschöne, nicht überfüllte, geschlossene Wohnanlage ist perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Angeln, Krabben, Radfahren, Faulenzen am benachbarten Pool - nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt - am Strand entlang spazieren oder auf den Wellen reiten. Das Meer ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Haus entfernt!Sealofts verfügen über einen offenen Grundriss, Kathedrale Decken, 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer mit drei Decks, um die Sonne zu genießen. 929 Sealoft bietet von allen Decks einen schönen Blick auf den Sumpf. Die voll ausgestattete Küche wurde mit Corian-Arbeitsplatten, aktualisierten Schränken und Geräten und Fliesenboden wunderschön umgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer ist frisch gestrichen und bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Familie, einen HDTV / DVD-Player, Spiele, Karten und eine Vielzahl von Büchern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche und Glasschiebetüren, die zu einem der drei Decks führen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Queensize-Bett und Zugang zu einem kompletten Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne. Im Dachgeschoss (offen zum Wohnzimmer unten) befindet sich ein Einzelbett mit einem Einzelbett. Das Sonnendeck ist der perfekte Rückzugsort, um die Sterne bei Nacht zu beobachten oder tagsüber zu sonnen. Dieses Haus bietet Betten für sechs Personen.

Gehen Sie über den Boardwalk 3A zum Pool der Nachbarschaft oder zum Strand. Fahren Sie mit Ihrem Fahrrad einen halben Kilometer zu den Beach Club-Pools, speisen Sie im Clubhaus oder im Pelican's Nest oder spielen Sie Golf. Zusatzkarten, die Ihnen Zugang zu den Einrichtungen des Seabrook Island Club ermöglichen, sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Mit diesen Karten haben Sie Zugang zu den Pools am Meer (saisonal), dem Restaurant / Bar Pelican's Nest (saisonal), dem Restaurant / Bar Island House, Golf und Tennis. Perfect family getaway

The villa was better than we expected and the perfect size for what we needed. It was clean and convenient to everything we needed access to. We rented a golf cart, and would highly recommend that for anyone staying on the island for convenience of getting around without having to take your car.

This was a perfect rental for our family vacation. Communication was great. I'd highly recommend renting a golf cart while there. While it is walkable to the beach, if you've got little kids it's just easier to drive.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

First time staying in the Sealoft area and enjoyed the location. Quiet road secluded from traffic, but only a few minutes walk to beach access. Villa was clean and met our needs - our teen son and his friend stayed in the upstairs loft and our other sons could stretch out in the other room. AC works great!

Clean and Comfortable

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sealoft Villas. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed seeing the birds and deer feeding on the golf course and in the marsh behind the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and we prepared most of our meals there.

Pleasant stay

We very much enjoyed our rental. It was what we expected in terms of size, was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. The location was quite close to the beach, which was great. Communication with the property managers was superb and they were very helpful and accommodating. We had a very positive experience.

Great dog friendly villa close to beach. All the little things supplied along with beach toys/boogie boards/grill etc. Parking might be a little tight for multiple vehicles but fine for a large SUV. Overall very nice and enjoyable stay. Amenity card access is a nice perk and was able to use the various pools/restaurants on the island.

Great place to rent for beach visit at Seabrook Island

We had a wonderful time at 929 Sealoft Villa! You can walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We had our dog who loved the beach. We also had our teenage girls who loved being able to walk to the beach on their own. We kept our salt water boat at Bohicket Marina which was so convenient! Loved this rental. Had everything I needed in the kitchen and then some!

The interior was clean and presentable. They let us check in early which was nice with children. The appearance when we drove up was not impressive at all. The outside furniture, grill and chairs were a mess. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property. Spacious and clean. Love the option of a hose outside the house, to wash off sand. Loved the pool in the neighborhood. House had everything you need to be comfortable. All rooms had smart tvs to allow for nighttime movie nights. Location is just across one of the beach boardwalks. We enjoyed all of it.

Very Enjoyable

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. In case you didn't notice in the pictures (like I did), there is no actual dining table, which was no big deal to us - there are four bars stools around the kitchen island. The location is great - close proximity to beach and Beach house amenities. We rode our bikes to the Beachouse restaurants and pool, Bohicket marina and Salty Dog, Fairfield Village and the Equestrian center.

Nice, relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sealoft. The cottage was very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Beds, couches, etc very comfortable. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Recommend getting bikes to cut this down. Beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. We had an issue with the garage never being emptied from the renters before us that created an issue. Advised property manager, who responded but nothing was done. Overall good stay.

Thank you Katie. We're so glad you enjoyed yourselves! Sealofts have a special place in our hearts - our first property here on Seabrook was a Sealoft! Wonderful neighborhood pool and easy walk to the beach! We contacted the city about the trash - it has been an issue this summer with pick up. It is a side effect from Covid - people aren't going out to dinner, are doing take out or eating in - so trash is piling up much faster. We apologize they didn't get back out to pick it up.
