This freshly remodeled villa boasts a stunning 3,028 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The moment you open the front door you will be immersed in paradise when you see your beautiful heated pool and closed in lanai area surrounded by palm trees! The patio area has your own table and chairs, along with a BBQ for cooking. The lanai is fully screened in, so there will be no worries about your bug friends invading your privacy during your stay! When you walk into the house from the pool, you will enter your brand new kitchen area with seats along the island to hang out! The kitchen is stocked with coffee machines and everything you need to cook during your stay! Your living room has a large couch with plenty of room for everyone along with a ROKU smart TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows (personal login credentials are required to stream). Your master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with its own bathroom and can access the pool deck area. Upstairs you will find the entire floor devoted to your second master bedroom, fully equipped with its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. 2 of the guest bedrooms are equipped with 2 full size beds in each. 1 of the guest bedrooms is equipped with a queen bed. The last guest bedroom has a queen bed with amazing canal views! Both Master bedrooms are equipped with their own ROKU smart TV's. Creating a relaxing and fun vacation full of memories for our guests is very important to us, and this villa is set up for you to do just that!

AMENITIES: We understand the importance of ensuring our guests have a comfortable and stress free stay. To that end, we are pleased to offer a complimentary "starter pack" of essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags for your convenience upon arrival at Surfin' On Surfside. Our goal is to provide a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you step through the doors. Please note that while we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. We appreciate your corporation in ensuring that all of our guests can enjoy a pleasant and hassle free stay!

NO SMOKING: Do not smoke inside or close to the perimeter where smoke would come inside.

NO PARTIES. We kindly ask that you do not plan any parties during your stay (pre-approved small gatherings require host's approval). Our focus is on providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, any guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting this rule.

PETS: We will allow dogs at this property. A non-refundable $250 pet fee is charged to all guests bringing a pet dog. Kenneling your dog when left unsupervised by a human is REQUIRED. No pets types other than dogs are allowed. Any unapproved dog pets and other pets will be charged a penalty fee of $300 per each.
