Welcome to the Jungle House! Escape to paradise with this stunning 6 bedroom villa! This villa features your own private heated pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Canal-front view on the Lake! Located in a prime SE Cape Coral neighborhood with close proximity to great local attractions like Sun Splash and Downtown Fort Myers. 5 minute walk to the Saratoga Lake Park, a neighborhood park that offers a variety of recreational activities This villa will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!

This jungle themed villa boasts a stunning 2,813 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The moment you open the front door you will be immersed in paradise when you see your beautiful courtyard style heated pool and jacuzzi! The patio area has your own table and chairs, along with a BBQ for cooking. When you walk into the house from the pool area, you will enter your kitchen area with seats along the island to hang out! The kitchen is stocked with coffee machines and everything you need to cook during your stay! As you walk towards the living room, you'll see our unique and decorative jungle wall where you can take some awesome and unique pictures with your group! Your living room has a large couch with plenty of room for everyone along with a ROKU smart TV ((must use your own login credentials to stream your favorite channels). The living room couch also has a pullout bed if needed for extra guests (this isn't a luxury bed like all of our others in the bedrooms, simply a place to sleep if need be). Upstairs you will find one of the master bedrooms, fully equipped with its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. The view of the canal is amazing! There is another bedroom (open loft style) next to it which is in between the bathroom at the top of the stairs. There are 2 total bedrooms upstairs. 2 of the guest bedrooms on the 1st floor are equipped with 2 full size beds in each. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and also amazing canal views with its own screened in patio area! The last master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with its own bathroom and can access the pool deck area. This unit is totally separate from the main house as a "mother in law suite" set up. All Master bedrooms are equipped with their own ROKU smart TV's. You must use your own login credentials to stream your favorite channels.

AMENITIES: We understand the importance of ensuring our guests have a comfortable and stress free stay. To that end, we are pleased to offer a complimentary "starter pack" of essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags for your convenience upon arrival at The Jungle House. Our goal is to provide a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you step through the doors. Please note that while we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. We appreciate your corporation in ensuring that all of our guests can enjoy a pleasant and hassle free stay!

NO SMOKING: Do not smoke inside or close to the perimeter where smoke would come inside. Pets are not allowed. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests with service animals or emotional support animals due to members of our management crew having severe allergies. You will be charged additional fees if breaching either of these rules.

NO PARTIES. We kindly ask that you do not plan any parties during your stay (pre-approved small gatherings require host's approval). Our focus is on providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, any guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting this rule.

CHECK-IN/OUT RULES: Our check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 12 Noon. If you need an early check-in, you can request it no earlier than the night before your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for additional fee of $50 per hour. Please note that early check-ins are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any requests made outside this window. Late check-outs can also be requested up to two days before your departure, subject to availability and for an additional fee of $50 per hour. Any unapproved check-outs will be charged a $300 fee.

We strive to maintain all of our appliances and amenities in good working order, but if you encounter any issues, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outrages, water shortage, flooding, severe weather conditions, construction noise, or mandatory evacuations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
