If you do not own subscriptions, you can still enjoy free movies and shows by clicking on ROKU Channel on the home page.

The Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all the essentials you need to cook and prep your favorite family meals.

Three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat-screen Roku Smart TV's with streaming networks. The 4th bedroom has a dedicated work space (does not have a TV) . Master bedroom with ensuite-bathroom.

Family Fun:
Enjoy family time with many board games to choose from, yard games like Cornhole and Bocci Ball. By the canal you can fish and/or watch and feed the family of turtles. Call out to them they love company. In the master bedroom there is a sleeper futon for one of your little ones if they prefer. High chair and playpen is stored in the master walk in closet.

Just the two of you:
This home is big enough for a family of 7, and perfect and cozy enough for lovely couples. Cozy outdoor living space with a fireplace. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds with memory foam and innerspring hybrid mattresses, with soft to the touch linens. Play cards or some board games, or just zip some champagne by the couch while you watch free movies on your Roku TV.

This will be your home away from home!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

POOL HEATING:
The pool water is warmed at ambient temperatures by an environmental friendly Pool Heat Pump at no additional charge, from the hours of 8:00am-9:00 pm. Pool Heat Pumps are dependent on the outdoor temperature and I cannot guarantee it will be warm enough for some, when the temperature drops below 50 degrees.

GRILL AND FIREPIT:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tanks for the firepit and grill during their stay. If you need to purchase more propane, Home Depot is just 4 minutes away and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost. Simply retain the receipt and we will take care of the reimbursement at the end of your stay.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we care about our neighbors. Quiet times begin at 10:00 PM. Bring the fun indoors. Max overnight guests allowable is seven (7), but unlike many AIRBNB'S guests are absolutely welcomed, however no unregistered overnight guests.
