The property has ample seating areas. On the exterior we have a custom tiled outdoor bar for entertaining. In addition, lounge chairs and multiple seating areas surround the pool. There is a large dock that can be used for fishing or sitting to watch the sunset. Several portable chairs to take to the pier area.

On the interior, there is a large island with seating for 6 and another peninsula with seating for 4. In addition, there is a dining table overlooking the pool. There are two family rooms each with 65-inch smart TV's. One family room has a queen sofa bed, and the other has a large sectional. The family rooms are connected by a door that makes the former duplex into one great vacation space. The property also has two laundry areas and multiple refrigerators.

Outdoor, the lot is over 13,000 sq feet. It is surrounded by tons of palm trees. There are also grassy areas on the sides and front of the house if you want to play catch. The pier overlooks a wide canal looking at beautiful homes. If you bring your boat, we have room to tie it up at no additional charge. There is one bridge that registers an 8ft 6" clearance at high tide. It is approximately 10 minutes to the river by boat. The large, heated pool is covered by a screen enclosure. The pool is 32 x 14.6 and has seating areas within. The pool is 6ft deep in the middle and heated to 85 degrees during the winter months! There is ample boat docking along the extended dock. The boat lift is NOT part of the rental as it is used for owner's boat storage. In addition, one motor vehicle is left on-site by the owners. However, parking is never a problem in our extra-long driveway which holds up to 5 additional cars.
