We are Marylanders that love to travel and rehab houses. After owning several rental properties in our home state, we decided to put down some roots in Florida. You will notice that every bedroom has it's own theme: Seahorses, Fish, Palm Trees, and Sharks. Every bathroom has different tile on the walls and décor. This is because we really enjoyed creating a property that was the opposite of cookie cutter. We wanted to make this our dream vacation home and we hope it will be yours as well.

When searching for a vacation home we had two priorities. #1 was waterfront living with quick river access. #2 was walking distance to tons of restaurants, shopping and bars. We accomplished our goal. You will love this location!

It is unique because the former duplex has been made into one large unit but we still maintained the dual amenities that make the home great for a large group. The property allows everyone to spend quality time together while still having personal space. There is a huge outdoor area including multiple seating sets and a large custom pool bar. In addition, the home has TWO family rooms, one large modern kitchen area as well as a kitchenette. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms you can't find a better place to vacation.
