Guest Access:

Base Price & Additional Guests:

To make it more affordable for smaller parties, the base price accommodates up to four guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please inform us of any changes to your party size, as we need to update your reservation accordingly. If guests arrive with more people than stated in your reservation, we will charge for the additional guests before check-in.



Safety & House Rules:

For safety and to ensure house rules are being followed, there are Ring door cameras in place.



Check-In Process:

BookVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour, answer property-related questions, and share helpful island insights. Arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be provided upon approval.

This location is a secret gem, with Chocolate Hole Bay Beach just steps from your back porch. Enjoy morning walks to collect shells, evening dips in the Caribbean, or afternoons paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling!



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating St. John's terrain. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and have a few villa vehicles available. Additionally, we can arrange a taxi service for when you prefer not to drive.



Other Things to Note:

You will receive a contract to finalize your booking. Once your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to help us plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, water service, taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and massages.
