Summary:

Cielo Vista is a hilltop villa with 2 King Suite, a queen loft and an Queen apartment (available with an additional fee) and sleeps 6-8. It blends Latin-style flooring with clean white plaster and rich mahogany accents. It includes a whole-house generator. All rooms have air conditioning including the living room, Loft and kitchen. Experience the owner's unique design and craftsmanship as you enjoy awe-inspiring views from the pool deck, capturing the Caribbean Sea, dynamic sunsets, and the sights and sounds that will enhance every stay.



The Space:

Upon entering the villa, you'll find the central hub: a two-story lofted Great Room designed to take advantage of the gentle Caribbean breeze and abundant natural light. The main space offers various seating arrangements and ample lighting, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, and A/C. The loft features a queen bed and a catwalk leading to a private second-story deck. Loft bedroom guests share a bathroom with one of the bedrooms. It does not have its own en-suite bathroom



The Great Room is flanked by two private bedrooms, each featuring their own A/C, king-sized beds, and en-suite bathrooms with dual-sink vanities and spacious, spa-inspired showers offering panoramic Caribbean views.



Cielo Vista features a fully-equipped kitchen designed to face the Great Room, allowing the chef and their helpers to enjoy the view and engage in social gatherings while preparing meals. Across from the kitchen, the large screened-in outdoor veranda offers a comfortable space for relaxing, reading, and dining. The veranda overlooks the private pool, which is perfect for sunbathing, sunset viewing, and enjoying drinks amid lush tropical flora.



The lower-level studio apartment offers couples a private retreat, complete with a kitchen, cozy living area, queen bed, and a screened-in patio. This apartment is an add on option. If you would like the lower apartment, you will need to book for 8ppl which triggers the additional fee. If your party does not rent the apartment, it will not be rented out to separate parties. It will remain empty and locked during your stay.



Guest Access:

BookVI will arrange for a Greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a tour, address any questions about the property, and offer insights about the island. Check in arrangements will be tailored to your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the area. Alternatively, BookVI offers a virtual check-in via FaceTime to review the villa and answer any questions.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Gift Hill, this area offers amazing westward views for breathtaking sunsets. It is quiet and peaceful, yet just a few minutes from town and the national park beaches and hiking trails.



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating St. John's terrain. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and have a few villa vehicles available. Please inquire with the BOOKVI Team about options!



Other Things to Note:

All Guests will receive a contract for signature. Once your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to help us plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. Guests can expect a few emails to help with your vacation planning.

Cielo Vista offers a studio apartment on the lower level of the house that can be added on for an additional nightly fee. It has its own kitchen and private bathroom. It is not rented to separate guests and will remain vacant if you do not choose the add on. Please inquire before you book about this opportunity.



Interaction with Guests:

Cielo Vista is managed by BookVI, an island concierge service that is readily available to help with guests needs, whether it be dinner reservations, boat charters, or rental gear for trips to the beach. There is also a property management service on-call for any maintenance needs.
