Wonderful Visit

Property was lovely, just as described. Perfect for family of 5 with adult children. Great view of Cruz Bay and St. Thomas in the distance. Perfect Christmas get away for our family - thank you.

Fantastic experience

Our group had a fantastic experience staying at Lynn’s VRBO. Lynn and her team were proactive, responsive and made out trip extremely memorable. Highly recommend if visiting St. John.

Amazing experience!

The villa was incredible - very clean and exactly like the photos. The location has gorgeous sunset views and a nice pool area as well. The hosts were thoughtful and communicative, and gave many recommendations about things to do and see and places to eat. No complaints at all, would absolutely stay again.

Great condo, fabulous servit

The condo was beautiful. There were lots of informative books to help plan activities. Lynn, Kelly, Kat and Kim were extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay.

I don't think we could have had a better experience here! I would be shocked if there is a better stay on the island, from the Villa, amenities, views, and customer service. Highly recommend!

Beatiful Home with great views

All the rooms, living spaces etc. were a perfect fit for us. They neighborhood feel was nice in the Hills. Great little clubhouse to gather and relax as well. The only issue, was the tennant upstairs was quite loud and some of thier trash would come down out front. Not a fault of our unit, just unfortunate travelers above us.

Better than the photos

This villa was everything that was written and even more. Having just left four days at theRitz Carlton, I was mostly worried about the comfort of the beds. They were as comfortable as what we had just left at the resort. The Villa felt like a home away from home. Also, Tony, the chef and bartender in the clubhouse was an excellent addition to the food and drink assortment for the island! We will be back!

Comfort in Paradise

We were looking for a place to extend a vacation and happened upon Villa Dahlia. It was a great find. Villa is well appointed. (They could lose all the fake flowers). Bedrooms are comfortable with lots of privacy and great bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need! The view is wonderful over Cruz Bay with super porches. The unit even had a Peloton for my to work out on. The complex has great fitness room and pool. The location is primo! (5 minutes toTown) Also gated. We would definitely book again

Best villa !!! Gray space , great views , well stocked ! Highly recommend.

Great space. Great views of cruz bay from deck. Very clean. Lots of towels / beach towels. Well stocked with toiletries , beach chairs , snorkeling gear , neso tent. Random snacks and condiments also available. Safe. Enclosed property with coded gate. 6 of us stayed here and loved it. Recommend a jeep or big car to navigate steep and at times narrow roads. Owner was very available with great recs of dinner and beaches.

4 day getaway

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Parking was quite tight but not a huge issue. The only critique I have is when we went to use the pool. There was a resident and her guests that had 2 dogs there which she was allowing to swim in the pool. When I pointed out to her that the sign expressly stated “no pets allowed” she simply said…”it’s ok, I’m a resident.” I would advise the owner to follow up with management to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future as it is a real turn off to wanting to swim with the dogs.

Great location/ nice villa

Check in was easy with property manager meeting us at the car barge and escorting is to the villa. We were shown around the place, with great view of Cruz bay. The 2 master sweets were perfect for 2 couples and kids shared the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The spice pantry was nicely stocked. We lost power one day, but that was island wide. The compound of villas feels very safe and secure and access to the community pool, gym with a small Rec center and bar was a nice feature as well. The only downside to dahlia was the upstairs neighbor who seems to live there would hose down &squeegee his dogs poo & pea off his balcony and directly above ours. We complained to him. And he apologized and said he wouldn’t do it anymore. Otherwise top notch!

This home had everything we needed & was beyond what we expected! You can’t beat the views & the huge porch is a perfect place to start the day with coffee & unwind with a glass of wine to take in the beautiful sunsets. The beach chairs & beach equipment helped out soo much too! From meeting us at the ferry for check in to checking out, everything seemed seamless and easy. We had a group of 6 adults and the space was perfect! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Beautiful, clean and fully stocked

We are a family with 3 adult kids and we loved our stay at the Property. The house was impeccably furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the amazing views and sunsets from the balcony. The house was 10mins drive from Cruz Bay but still close enough to get to. There is a grocery store very close by so easy to get groceries. The neighbor hood was awesome too. We truly enjoyed our stay at the property and look forward to staying there in the future too!! Thanks for sharing your home with us. I want to add a special mention about the Peloton bike, thanks for alllowung us to share it!!

Winter Break

This was a perfect house for a much needed winter family break. Everything was as described and we enjoyed our trip from the moment we were on St Johns. Lynn was a great host and the house was clean, spacious, updated, and well decorated. The view from the balcony and easy drive to the beaches and town made this a perfect location for our family.
