Summary:
Just a 7-minute drive from Cruz Bay, Castaways Villa is a convenient location but still offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle as well as a spectacular of Chocolate Hole Bay. This two-story villa offers a spacious escape for families or a group of friends.

The Space:
As you enter the villa, you will find most of the home is centrally located on the ground floor. As you make your down the entry hallway, you will find a King bedroom to the left with an en-suite bathroom. Just to the right, the heart of the home is set in an open floor plan complete with a well-appointed kitchen, half bath, dining area suited for 8, and a comfortable living room with a superior entertainment system. 10 Foot ceilings and large glass doors leading out to the Patio create an open and spacious feeling, perfect for cooking dinner and relaxing. Turn the AC off and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach or keep the doors closed to cool down after a long day in the sun!

As you head up the stairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms. The first bedroom you come upon complete with 2 queen beds, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating.  Further down the hall, and slightly more private, is the Deluxe King Suite complete with a balcony and breathtaking ocean view. All bedrooms in the condo have a smart TV with a Roku, ceilings fans, AC, and beautiful En-suite bathrooms.

Guest Access:
The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.

The Neighborhood:
This location is an absolute gem with access to the beach just 50 yards from your back porch. Go for a walk in the morning and collect beautiful shells, take an evening dip, paddle board or snorkel the day away!

Getting Around:
We always suggest renting a 4x4 vehicle while on St. John. Please reach out to BookVI to inquire about villa vehicle availability or request assistance with vehicle rental.

All guests of Castaways Villa will be provided Concierge Services. This property is professionally managed by BookVI.
