The hosts were great, always responsive, and helpful! Leading up to our stay Brandon and Ashley answered all my questions and gave me helpful links and information about the home as well as the area. Our greeter, Henrietta, was awesome! She met us there at the property to show us around the home and gave us helpful advice. Such a peaceful location, beautiful home, we had a wonderful stay on the island.

Magnificent villa near the beach, exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features a lovely covered porch and a fully equipped barbecue area with an outdoor table. The décor has a charming maritime style. Communication was excellent, with great availability from the host, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and perfectly organized.

The house was practically brand new, the location was great. There was the Chocolate Hole beach just 50 steps from the back porch. It was a great option for our young family in between activities or traveling away to the more well known beaches. The house had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, toys, beach towels, a washer/dryer (which made packing easier) and multiple porches to enjoy the weather and views. I would recommend this house and we had the best time there.

Wonderful time with family!

We rented this property for my family for a wedding. My father, uncle, and 85 year old grandfather stayed here. They had a wonderful stay!

The house is very clean, spacious with helpful and easily accessible management. Had a lot of beach gears. The kitchen seemed well equipped but we generally preferred eating out. The downstairs bedroom could be very useful for families with mobility issues too.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything we needed for our beach vacation was made available to us! We have used VRBO for several vacations and this rental property was by far the best! Our host was fantastic and responded to any and all inquiries we had without delay. I would definitely recommend this host and property!!!

Fantastic home base for a week of hiking & relaxation!

We found Serenity to be the perfect location for our family of 5 with tween-teenagers. We took full advantage of having a full kitchen with the grocery store right on the way to the property. Having the beach chairs, snorkel gear, a pool noodles were really appreciated for our afternoons on the beach following a morning hike. We are definitely interested in making another trip to St. John and would stay at Serenity again!

Amazing place! Beautiful! Beach is ok, a little rockier than those on the north shore, but can't complain with great weather. Fairly close to town also. Very clean and well kept.

8 days in paradise

St.John is our favorite place and now it's our kid's favorite place too! The villas on Chocolate Hole are a rare find in St. John- brand new and on a beach... the best combo! We will be back sooner than later:)

Christmas Joy

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything that you might need is available for cooking and comfort. We loved being close to the beach and the easiness of accessing the property. We were able to get to all of beaches across the island easily from here. We loved our stay and had a great holiday trip!

Lovely place with great snorkeling

The Serenity Villa was a wonderful place to stay. More spacious than it appears in the photos, this clean and tasteful villa worked so well for our group of five adults. The snorkeling in Chocolate Hole was just incredible! The kitchen was well stocked -- thank you for spices! -- and we enjoyed cooking for ourselves during a busy holiday week. In addition to sea life, we enjoyed a visit from three donkeys and several deer sightings. A lovely place for a stay!

Outstanding!

The Chocolate Hole location was close to but away from the activity of Cruz Bay. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and provided plenty of 'private space' along with group gathering space.Dave was so very informative and the few times we reached out he was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Pond Bay

Serenity was a fantastic location. Clean, and had everything we needed. Dave, the property manager was amazing. He helps with everything you may need. Definitely made us feel at home. The location was perfect for us. Just far enough away to be quiet but close enough to be able to get to Cruz bay for whatever we needed without trouble. Very close to grocery which we used frequently. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Paradise!

This home exceeded our expectations! The location was minutes from restaurants and beaches! The home itself was very roomy and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need from a state of the art ice maker, blender, utensils, beautiful dishes and every gadget you could imagine! I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Saint John! I cannot wait to return next year with my family and stay at Serenity!

Great location

Dave, the property manager was great! Was very prompt with questions. The villa area seemed to be in transition to be much nicer. Our villa was exactly what pictures depicted . The only negative were the sheets on the beds. They seemed to be stained. Overall, I would recommend this villa.
