This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome is located in Gulf Highlands, with private beach house restaurant complete with beach side pool and private beach access. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach! Gulf Highlands is also a short 30 minute drive to the Hub of 30A.

With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach.There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beachside pool and beach access.

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

Gulf Highlands is a private, gated community. The layout of this community provides for more peace and quiet than your traditional condo style beach resorts.

There are 2 parking spaces in front of the townhouse with offsite paid parking within walking distance just outside the gated community. Uber and local taxi service is available right from the front door and anywhere on the beach.

The home comes with 2 designated parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot located within walking distance at an additional cost of $12.50/night.
